This condo boasts four spacious bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. All three guest bedrooms have a queen bed and Smart TV each. The first guest bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom. There's also a full bathroom between the second and third guest bedrooms.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. The balcony is on the corner so you can enjoy extended views around the building as well to the city and river.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
