Oceanfront condo w/private balcony, W/D, pool, gym, sauna, & hot tub access

The condo was not clean, it was dusty and nasty.

Great unit. It was very clean, and had everything we needed, except for pans to cook with. I know sometimes people ruin those and they don’t get replaced. But otherwise it suited our needs very well. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

The property was very nice. we enjoyed that there was very little spring break noise and loved the balcony! We even saw dolphins!

Everything fine except the entry door jams or get stuck when opens which cause me to fall really hard which injured my knees and arms

We enjoyed our trip to PCB. The beds were very comfy, however, the pillows all need to be replaced - the pillow on each of the twin beds weren't really even pillows and the pillows on the king bed were very flat and used two standard size cases instead of a king size case. The only other issue we had was the toaster did not work.

Location was great and room was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. I gave it a 4 because the kitchen could use some stocking (no casserole pans to bake in) and the beds weren’t the most comfortable (could just be my opinion). The patio was fantastic! The views were amazing and the communication with the local Vacasa was great!

Renting was easy and simple. Pictures of our condo did not do it justice. We all enjoyed our visit to Panama City Beach. Thanks for having us

If i could post pictures i would but upon arriving to anywhere i always check the rooms because im a Assistant General Manager of a Hilton property so i know to always look. Property is non smoking and there were burns and black marks all over carpets on balcony. Found a whole baggy of trash between master bedroom and other bedroom. Found weed in carpet in master room. Smoke detectors kept beepin whole stay notified vacasa of problems first day and no maintenance came ever lights in dining room didnt work at all lights in second room were blown. Light socket covers were exposing wires in twin bedroom and behind bar. Found previous guest parking pass as well as used tissues under bed. Filter for air conditioning needed changed whole stay notified never came. Dishwasher pulls out, The sprayer at sink gets stuck on spray dont use it. As well as balcony door doesnt lock. TVs are outdated. Im sure there was more im missing i just left and WONT be back there. Maintenance man we encountered first day was RUDE screaming at us as soon as we pulled in to check in with parking garage the guy we was checking in with was nice but when maintenance man started screamin the guy checking us in started rollin his eyes and told him to stop he was tellin us about the property lol i wish i would have got his name he was the only one we liked there.
