Stayed Feb 1, 2026The host checked in with us to make sure things were going well. There were services that we asked to have delayed and the host was flexible. The unit’s kitchen was well stocked with tools, the appliances were fine. The linens and towels were fine.

Stayed Dec 7, 2024The check in process was simple and the property was as described. We loved the view from the balcony! The neighborhood was great and everything we needed was close by. The couch in the living room was a bit uncomfortable, but we were mainly there just in the evening so not really a big deal. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to Cocoa Beach.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024The complex was very clean and well kept up. It seemed to be a very safe area. The dog area was convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading books I found in the condo.

Stayed Aug 28, 2023I was pleased with the communication by the agency. Although the area was only under a severe thunderstorm warning from the hurricane it was nice to receive communication about the preparations for the minimal storm.
