Oceanfront condo with outdoor pool, hot tub & pool table - near beach access

Nice oceanfront location with good view. Unit was clean. Enjoyed staying here very much, but floor tile has numerous running cracks throughout in the living room/kitchen & bathroom. Needs new floor tile with an isolation membrane to prevent cracking.

Loved the view & the price was good, especially considering the appearance of the ceramic floor, with all the cracks.

I loved the convenience of being right in the beach.

Great 3rd floor location provides gorgeous water views. Elevator is a major plus. Size is good for two people. Interior furniture needs updating. Deck furniture is great!

View was great and outdoor space excellent. If one person or a couple visit plenty of room.

We really enjoyed staying at Flying Fish. The location is great, the beach is not crowded and the condo is nice. We will be back.

We were specifically looking for a reasonably priced ocean view apartment for a weeklong vacation. And this one-bedroom Vacasa apartment fit the bill perfectly. The top floor apartment had the best views of the ocean from the back porch while the common front porch afforded beautiful sunset views. The check-in procedure was easy. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a stocked kitchen and ample linens for the bedroom and bathroom. The community pool being clean and open was another plus point since the website said that they open during the Memorial Day weekend. We also had access to the Community Clubhouse and used the pool table in there on the days when it was too cold to go to the beach. Checkout was quick and easy too. Not having the long laundry list of things to do before checkout, that a lot of other reservations nowadays have, was much appreciated. We would definitely be rebooking this place again in the future.
