Stayed Sep 25, 2025The property itself was quite nice, but we were shocked to discover the elevator was not actually at ground level but 11 steps up and they did not have a handicap ramp.Just an incredibly steep ramp that my mother was unable to climb. Nine. We were not very satisfied with the way the owner handled misleading us. Other than that it was a fabulous place to stay

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The condo was perfect for a long weekend! It was bright and clean. The starter pack of basic kitchen and toiletries was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was convenient to the bus stops and staying on the beach is the icing on the cake.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Property nice but bathroom needs help second bed in bedroom is awful no space to put many things cause owner has utilized much of cupboard space. No wine glasses in kitchen! We had to buy new batteries for remote. Dryer makes loud banging noise.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Couldn't have asked for a better location - right above the beach, and easy access. The place is aged, but it had everything we needed (dishes, etc.) The ice maker doesn't work but they provided ice cube trays, so that was great. Two of the burners on the stove didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. A few other things, like the deli bin in the fridge, paper towel holder, back door handle, but I told them.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The West Winds property was wonderful! The oceanfront location and balcony made for beautiful views. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms, comfortable. My only complaint was the check in process at Vacasa - disorganized and not ready to transfer keys in a timely way.
