Stayed Jul 13, 2025Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was just as described inside of this unit. Having the washer and dryer available was very helpful. The host keeps plenty of supplies on hand for things like doing laundry, extra toiletries, etc. Very easy access to the beach and walking distance to Jetty Park. We were fortunate to catch an overnight launch, which was made that much easier by being able to walk out of this condo and be on the beach in an instant.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The condo was the perfect size and very clean. Everything we needed was there. We did not need to purchase anything to be there for the week. All toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. were provided. The condo was right near the pool and the beach entrance (maybe 30 steps). Our car was parked right in front of the entrance to the condo. So convenient. We will be booking again.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025This property was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy walk to the pool & beach. The location was perfect; 2 mile walk to cocoa beach pier & 1 mile to jetty park. Laura was wonderful to work with & always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Clean, Well stocked. Beds were good. Slept 2 teens on hide a bed 2 adults in bedroom. Charcoal grills on property worked for food. Great location, beach’s are awesome. Overall great room for the price.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024My family had an excellent stay at this wonderful condo hosted by Laura. She was fantastic to deal with and responded promptly to all our questions. I was here for work at KSC, but my family enjoyed a nice beach vacation while I worked. The location of this complex is unbeatable. If you're interested in seeing any launches, the beach here offers a great view. We witnessed a Falcon Heavy launch, and while I was at the LCC, my family had an AMAZING view of the boosters coming down from the beach! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The layout was perfect for our needs, with a cozy living room, a dining area, and a den that provided plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the full bath with both a shower/tub and a separate shower. OH, and it had a washer and dryer!!!! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this oceanfront condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability.
