Oceanfront condo with beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, movie theater, & sauna

The condo is badly in need of a makeover. When you close the front door the peep hole fell out. The living room furniture is worn out and very uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinets are old and falling apart. The kitchen appliances are old and the kitchen chairs were small and very uncomfortable. The kitchen did have a good selection of pots and pans for cooking meals. The mattresses and pillows are very firm which made for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathrooms were small and the shower off the master bathroom is very tight due to a bench seat. There is a private laundry room but it is outside the condo- slightly inconvenient as you have to go outside to do laundry. The balcony view is great but the outside furniture was uncomfortable and gross looking. The other balconies had clean modern furniture. The condo is close to the pool and the beach which was great. The building grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The flowers and water fountains were great picture taking spots. There is a pizza shop on site that also sold sandwiches and ice cream. Very convenient and affordable. We had one incident that didn’t sit right with us. One of the workers knocked on our door and asked if he could look for a pink wallet that was left behind by the previous renter. The wallet was not found and I felt that would be an issue that a security guard would handle. The check in was easy, and there is a $65 fee for a parking pass. The parking garage was secure and the parking spots were an easy fit for larger vehicles. I would rent here again if the condo was remodeled but otherwise it was definitely not worth the price. Ocean City is great for families, there are plenty of activities and restaurants at all different price points

Great location, beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Looks like the master shower was recently redone.

We were unfortunately there during a period of bad weather, but the amenities (indoor pool, arcade, movie theater, deli) saved the day(s).

I loved the view from the private balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee. This condo had everything that we needed for a great stay. We appreciated the private laundry area. I would definitely book this condo again!

They were humble in saying there are few things to get us started, but there were more than enough kitchen equipment, towels, wash cloths, pillows, soap, blankets, etc, for our week long stay. Plenty of fluffy pillows, which is not normal! There were a few things that broke, we reported to the office and they had someone there to fix it ASAP. Overall a great stay! The property is awesome!
