Oceanfront condo with balcony, W/D, pools, & lazy river - walk everywhere

Beautiful views, clean condo. Great weekend!

The location and view were very nice. The only issue was furniture. Hard plastic chairs on the balcony. Extremely small sofa, would recommend barstools at the counter instead of a full table and chairs, and a sectional sofa. The mattresses were very uncomfortable for average size adults.

Very comfortable stay for teenagers fall break. Perfect location!

Love property , top floor and beutiful view of the Atlantic ocean.

Great view of the ocean! Property is nice. Bedrooms and bath rooms are big but living room area is a bit tight for a family of 7. There are no smart tvs in the condo, so did a lot of channel surfing to find cartoons for the lil ones. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Can walk straight to the pier from the boardwalk behind the hotels instead of on the busy street full of pedestrians.

The good was the location. Not directly in front of the boardwalk but very close and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The beach area in front was not crazy crowded. The pools were clean. The bad includes that this unit needs a deep clean to the doors and floors and that the kitchen is not very well stocked at all. Not even enough glasses for the 6 of us that were there. We were also very disappointed that Roxanne Towers provides amenities to guests not booking through VRBO/Vacasa such as towels that were not provided with our rental.

Convenient to beach. Comfortable rooms.

First time in Myrtle Beach and loved how convenient the condo was to the ocean, boardwalk,and shops. The balcony was amazing for sunrise.

My only complaint is that when it rained that 1st night ,.the water came through the door causing a water puddle right at the door

Great stay. Communication a little confusing because I booked through VRBO, but then receive information from a 3rd party, Vacasa, instead of through VRBO.

Only 0ne person was able to make the trip and they loved the place and will rent again

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was clean and spacious with fantastic views of the ocean. Close to lots of things to and places to eat. Right at the start of the boardwalk. Staff was super friendly, pools and beach access were great. Closet full of beach accessories to use, kitchen stocked pretty well. The beds squeeked quite a bit but that's our only complaint.

We loved the location and condo. However, it would have been helpful to have more information on what was there. There was no mention of beach equipment there so we cramed all of this stuff (chairs,umbrellas, buggie boards, etc) in our car only to find out it was there! The kitchen was the most minimal I have seen. Not even scissors. No basic things like salt and pepper, etc. The description said there was Netflix. It must have been discontinued as we could not get any menu on the TV. There was only a 1 800 number to call. I tried once and got no one.

The home was very well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning!! Close to everything. Will definitely recommend this home and absolutely would stay here again!!

Great location right on beach with beautiful views.

Very old. Got locked out of room on last day because code that worked all week no longer worked on last day. Took over 5 hours and 4 phone calls to get in touch with someone who then gave us a new code that worked. Lots of other issues but not enough time or space to add. We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and this is worst experience I’ve had. We will not be back and will not recommend.

Love how it’s right on the beach good air which is a must for me. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no restroom or changing area in lobby have to go all the way to your room to use bathroom.

Condo was great and very close to the beach. We had a beachfront vies from the balcony. We were close to restaurants and shopping.

The view from the windows and balcony was beautiful. The place was clean and well kept. It was located in close proximity to quite a few attractions, restaurants, and stores. It was a great place for a great price. I look forward to booking again on our next trip to myrtle beach. The only thing i would suggest is to keep additional trash bags located in the rental.

Excellent to stay! Condo had everything we needed

Location was perfect. Unit was clean. Very dated including furnishings. 2nd day the code would not work. Front desk at the towers was useless. Stated all they do is hand our parking passes. The main door is in need of replacement. Heavy and hard to open. On the last day the toilet handle in the main bedroom broke. Its obvious the owners are not putting any money in the unit.
