Oceanfront condo with balcony overlooking the beach, pools, tennis & gym

We spent our vacation here for a second year after a great experience last year. Great location, clean home, smooth experience. Highly recommend!

This unit was was well equipped and well cared for. The room set up made it really comfortable and roomy for 4 people, with larger patio space than some units. Building amenities are ideal for families. I'd book this condo again.

Highly recommend this property! Everything was clean upon arrival, got to even check in an hour early! Hotel staff and guests were very polite, very accommodating if you have kids! The perfect little place, I will be booking again for next year!!

We loved everything about our time at your home

Great property with lots to do. Loved that towels and sheets were included. I’m used to bringing all of that with me. Only problem was the very small kitchen. No space in cabinets for food/snacks but the kitchen did have everything we needed. Also was disappointed that we did not have a washer/dryer in the condo. There are facilities onsite but I wasn’t feeling like taking our dirty clothes to the laundry room. Unloading on a Sat is crazy town in the garage but they did have two gentlemen directing everyone so it made it easier. Having Vacasa onsite was great. No wait and everything was ready to go. Would def go back to Sea Watch…just to a bigger condo. Loved the view!!! Sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the am was wonderful

Everything we needed and more!

The property was great, and the amenities unbeatable - multiple pool options, playground, game room, easy access to the beach (and to bathrooms from on the beach, which is important with young kids!). The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here! Super cute, comfy, and well-equipped condo with an unbeatable view of the ocean and easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. It took 5 minutes to get from the couch to the waters edge, and we couldnt have asked for a better place to rest and hang out after long days on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We loved our recent trip to OC and stayed at the Sea Watch. The condo had an ocean view, indoor and outdoor pools, and an arcade for the kids. The apartment was clean and updated. I would stay there again. The only downside was you only got one parking pass and if you had three adults there was nowhere to park their cars.

The property was very clean and had the all you would need. The property had ample parking. Everything you needed was right there with beautiful views from the balcony. The building had a lot of neat extras and was immaculate. Would stay again!
