Oceanfront condo with amazing view, fireplace, balcony & beach access

Great ocean view, well stocked, quiet, you can walk to shopping and restaurants . Has designated parking My one suggestion would be blackout blinds for the bedroom. The outdoor lights make it hard to sleep. We just covered with a blanket. Would definitely stay again

Great location, all of the rooms were clean and having a full kitchen made the stay very comfortable.

This property is ideal. The view is spectacular and the grounds are very well kept. The location is a very short walking distance to shopping and eateries at Nye Beach. Access to the beach is right there, but there are a lot of steps to the beach which may be difficult for anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs. This condo, however, advertises that it will sleep 4 - it will sleep two adults and two children, definitely not four adults. The second bed is a pull-out bed from a loveseat - very small and uncomfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate.

Wonderful ocean view and access to beach Nye Beach did not disappoint. Close to shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was great to wake up and hear the ocean.

We had a straight on view of ocean with balcony you can sit out on. The condo met all of our expectations.

View is incredible! Bed room windows let in lots of light (which are on all night). You need to be fully mobile for this third floor dwelling place as the only access is the stairs.Hot tub was hot. Showers will hit you in the chest if you are 5 foot 10 inches, commodes are low. And all works great! Coffee maker was fabulous--bring your own coffee, cream and sweetener--there are filters a plenty.

Towels fell apart and there was white fuzz all over me and my clothes. The bed frame is DISGUSTING - the corners where the box meets the frame. There was already a dirty towel drying on a hanger upon my arrival. The curtains in the bedroom do not close completely and are somewhat see through. So getting dressed with a light on the bedroom was uncomfortable and the outside hall light kept me awake as it was shining in my eyes-get better quality curtains and towels PLEASE. And clean that bed. Ew.

Beach access and proximity to restaurants/shops.

Comfortable and affordable stay in this beach condo. Direct view of the Pacific ocean and Yaquina lighthouse to the north. It was a 3rd floor unit with a deck right on the beach. Close to fun pubs and bars and shopping. Great restaurants in Newport and short drive to unique wineries to the north. The views are stunning and a great getaway and reset. Eugene is the closest airport and small and easy. I was there with 3 of my grown grandchildren and we had the best time. I will stay again. Weather was sunny and a little cool but walks on the beach and outdoor dining at a wonderful fresh seafood restaurant down at the pier, Real Ocean, were wonderful!!!

We really enjoy Nye Beach

Furniture uncomfortable. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable for our 14 year old because you can feel the bars. Great location and views for the price. Smoke detector is sensitive and would go off frequently while cooking. Overall it was a good experience.

If you are looking for a chill spot with your partner or kids. This is a great location. It is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind. There is no elevator. The property could use some updating. There was no bells and whistles as some would say. But it had everything you need. The view was spectacular. The check in process was easy. You are a 2 mi ute drive from EVERYTHING. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Communication was great! Location was great! View from balcony was awesome! The fireplace was a bonus, because of the cool rainy weather. Had a great time, would stay again.

This condo has a great view of the ocean and is close to Nye Beach. The furnishings are older, so if you want fancy, this place is not for you. But it was great for us!

View and location were amazing. Having 2 bathrooms is a big plus. Very quiet and peaceful in October with great weather.

The location, top floor and right on the beach, is awesome. Just up the hill from the Nye Beach shops and restaurants. The unit need a complete refresh though--the furnishings are worn out, some broken and tattered.

Condo 303 has fantastic ocean views. easy private access to the beach, plus the outside hot tub and pool were very nice. Having two full bathrooms was a big plus for 4 people. I would recommend not to plan to cook any meals and just rely on the microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator. There is only one pot with a lid. Four burner stove is small. The fry pans were ridiculously huge and much too large for the stove top. However, the condo is located close to cafes and many quick or fast foods places and of course take home or delivery. Overall, you can't go wrong reserving this condo...the views and the easy access to the beach and all shopping you would need close by. Vacasa person was very helpful at check in and made sure we knew how to reach him if needed. Vacasa is a good site to use when planning your vacation

Fantastic place to stay! Had our grandkids that loved the beach access. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well kept and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I saw and heard the ocean 24/7…it was wonderful and had the most beautiful sunsets. It was clean, two full baths, nice open floor plan, balcony, stocked kitchen, and an assigned parking space was exactly what I needed. I highly recommended this rental. Communication was quick and attentive.

Loved the view and peace and quiet. Walking distance to Nye Beach. Loved every minute of it.

We enjoyed the view and the location was excellent. Giving four stars overall - furniture was uncomfortable and after longs days of fishing trying to relax in the living was challenging due to poor seating. It would have been nice to know that the unit was on the third floor and had two flights of stairs that we had to carry everything up to the unit.
