Spectacularly situated on the 16th floor of Fountainhead Towers, the two balconies of this newly remodeled, oceanfront condo capture two of the best views in all of North Ocean City.
As part of Fountainhead Towers, this condo enjoys direct access to the beach, a seasonal outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, and a tennis court. On one side of the condo is an oceanfront balcony facing the beach and the morning sunrise; on the other is a bayside balcony with a view of the sunsets over Assawoman Bay.
The interior is spacious and welcoming with modern decor and warm hues throughout. New flooring and new furniture create a pristine, living environment. The oceanfront living room is lit by floor-to-ceiling glass. There's a well-equipped kitchen and space to dine at the breakfast bar, in the dining area, and outside on the ocean-facing balcony. Smart TVs offer plenty of entertainment during downtime. This home also offers central air-conditioning and a laundry closet where you can toss your beach towels and bathing suits after an eventful day.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Updated unit with amazing views! Would absolutely stay here again.
If it didn’t have ocean front view, I would only give it one star. The condo was very old and dated and in a sad state of disrepair. The furniture looked like it belonged on the side of the road. Kitchen cabinets, counter, sink, and appliances haven’t been touched since the 70’s. Broken light bulb with exposed wires in the bathroom, filthy carpet, mouse hole in the wall, unpainted drywall repairs, and shredded blanket in the closet. If that wasn’t enough, when we attempted to checkout and turn in the key at 8:55, the people at Vacasa just stared at us through the office window because they didn’t open until 9:00. Very disappointing from beginning to end. Never again
This property was the lowest price point available among the many choices through VRBO for this resort location. It was a positive, pleasant stay overall and we would stay again if we wanted to go the budget route. Definitely worth it. The Positives - Excellent location(beachfront on the north side of OCMD). Nice pool area Not so Positives - As I mentioned earlier this was a substantial savings from other choices so with that being said the interior of the place was well used. Everything was clean while the furniture and floors were simultaneously dirty. The carpet needed a good shampooing and the grout in the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The linens on the bed were clean but backup/additional items in the closets were suspect. I should note we stayed at the very tail end of the summer season actually more like the early fall or shoulder season I think they call it at the beach resorts. We were exited to try the Pickleball Courts but they were just an old not so great condition tennis court without nets. Lastly although the ad mentioned free parking there was a one time, non refundable $40 vehicle registration fee. The VACASA management company experience was positive, the folks were very nice as were the building staff where we stayed. So overall - if you want a fantastic budget vacation with amazing location/views/pool experience this is your choice!
