Stayed Jul 8, 2023We visited Ocean City with my parents and two teenage girls. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed having the balcony so close to the water. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how dirty the condo was left. There were piles of sand in the living room and on the balcony, lots of hair left in one shower drain, hair and candy wrappers left lying on tables, excessive lint in the laundry room door (very visible and obvious it hadn’t been cleaned), the inside of the fridge was dirty, and more. I spent the first night purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning. When it was time for bed one of the beds had lots of sand in the sheets! It was quite obvious they had not been changed. This was simply unacceptable. It was very hard to speak with anyone about our concerns, especially anyone at the local office. I was told multiple times that a manager would call me and she never did. Thank goodness for the beautiful location…and this could be a really nice property if taken care of.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Patio vertical slat was off, tried putting it back on, wouldn’t stay. Master bathroom sink (right) clogged, used a plunger on it and it helped a bit. Can’t find a 1st aid kit. Front door is warped, can’t lock it without pulling on it. Kitchen clock broken. Patio door lock is broken.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been staying at Adagio, in various different condos ,for many years. Adagio 407 is one of the nicest. We LOVE Adagio! However, this could be the last year we can afford to stay there. Vacasa has very high fees, and it appears that they RAISED them for next year. Also, Adagio 407 has almost doubled their rental fee. Don't understand why in this economic climate. So, sadly, looks like our group has been priced out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve stayed at other places in Adagio, this was the cleanest, most beautifully decorated. Home away from home. Great game selection. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and again.
