Oceanfront Condo w/ Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Ocean View, Fast WiFi, and Central AC

Room is great. Just one bed needs to be replaced. Unable to sleep in that one. Otherwise wonderful

I loved how we had a complete power failure on day 2 of our stay with Vacasa and after suffering with no water or power for hours, we were not compensated for our inconveniences in any way. We literally had to leave the unit because there was no power or water. Reporting the complaint was through text messages only when a live agent could have easily called to obtain details about what was going on in attempt to resolve the issue. When we returned, maintenance had placed an extremely loud generator or some device in the bathtub that made a loud obnoxious noise for the rest of our entire stay!

Only negative was the 10 digit door code.

We loved the location of the unit, the views from the balcony, and the spaciousness of the unit, as well as all of the amenities offered by the resort.

We had a quick one night stay to visit family. The condo was perfect! The decor was cute and homey, the location was quiet but local to everything, the furniture was comfy and the condo was spacious and stocked with everything. The view was outstanding. We can't wait to stay here again in warmer weather to enjoy the amenities.

We love everything about the room, everything was updated and functional.

Apparently Ive been asked to revise my review, guess because it is a 1 star…..The entire Bay Watch facility is extremely run down and unsanitary. Despite no smoking rules, people were smoking cigarettes and weed. The hallways, elevators, pools, lobby, beach, etc. were disgusting. There were dark handprints all over the shower ceiling. A 10 digit code to get in that was a struggle to get right, terrible idea. I felt very unsafe with my young daughter, who said “I feel like someone is going to take me!” We walked in and walked right back out. Vacasa was not helpful at all.

Great location in North Myrtle beach. Pools on property are very nice and well maintained. Room was remodeled recently which was nice, however the floor was a little dirty (black dirt on socks and feet after walking around the room). The room doesn't have enough storage for clothing and items you may need for the beach. It would be better if there was a bigger dresser in the bedroom. Overall I'd stay again and recommend it.

While this place has a great location, the facility itself is outdated and dirty and needs a complete facelift. The room itself is somewhat updated but is small and not as clean as it should be. Definitely do not recommend this unit for more than 2-3 people unless you like cramped living quarters.

This is the first time staying at Bay Watch Resort. The resort itself was clean. Plenty enough pools so you don’t feel crowded. Had an issue with only getting one parking spot with the room I stayed in, called customer service after waiting over 24 hours with no response to my email, the agent told me they would have to park in public parking area and walk to the resort, so I stressed for a few days over this, called again, and they told me I had the option to “purchase” additional parking for $25/day. Not sure why the first agent did not tell me this. The room slept 8, we had 7 people and a baby & def felt crowded. There was absolutely no drawer space to put your clothes, so we had to live out of suitcases the entire week, which made it an even more crowded space. The chairs were very tall on the balcony, so we could not let our two small children out there because I was afraid they would climb in the chair and fall over the balcony. We ended up washing our wash cloths and towels every day ourselves because getting them from housekeeping was a nightmare. The floor stayed slick from sweating and humidity, first night there and my 2 year old fell and got a black eye. The room was clean and decorated cute, just not functional. We travel to Myrtle a few times a year, but will not be staying in this room again.
