You'll be just a few steps from beautiful Lae Nani Beach and two miles south of Kapa'a Beach Park in Kapa'a town, where you can easily rent paddleboards and snorkel sets. Consider a day trip south to Lihue and Kalapaki Cove where you can watch the waves from many of the restaurants, spend a day in Nawiliwili Park, or take in an evening luau at the Marriott.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed this property very much. We visited other beach locations and everyone agreed that this location was less crowded and more private. The pool area was perfect and we used the grill almost daily. The beach is small but enough for a swim and snorkel and visit from some turtles. The lava lava restaurant up the way was very entertaining. Another short walk across the street we were able to try fresh masalas at Passion Bakery. The other guests in this building were very nice.

Fantastic condo with beautiful grounds on a perfect beach.
The condo location, cleanliness, decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this property. The only improvement, we all agreed could be the furniture. It was beautiful, but the couch collapses when someone sits down, and sounds like the person ate too many beans. LOL! The pretty antique recliner chairs made our backs hurt while watching a movie in the evenings, but overall, we LOVED IT!!! :)
Our family had a great time and would stay here again! The condo was spacious and comfortable and well appointed with all necessities. The pool was nice, lawn access was amazing, and the beach was great for all ages. See you again soon. Mahalo!
We love this condo complex. Beautiful views, pool, and grounds. Loved the ground floor access this condo gives. Seemed in need of a little TLC.
There's so much to love about this place. The house is very clean, perfectly laid out, has a great view and you walk right out onto the grass, 20 steps to the pool and 20 more steps to the beach. For a week-long stay with our son, it was exactly what we were looking for. Oh, added bonus, the neighbors are all super friendly and many weren't renters. On top of all of that, you can walk to a nice market, some shops and restaurants in ~3min and once they wrap up the road construction in Kapa'a, getting places will be fairly easy. Now to the part that made it almost perfect. The hot water in the master bathroom shower didn't work. We called, waited on hold, left a voicemail and I also sent an email and it was the next day when we finally heard from someone. Luckily, there are two showers in the unit, but this was a little disappointing and the response time didn't make us thrilled. So we would definitely recommend this unit once they fix that shower and would also just add that for things like plumbing/hot water issues that they ensure they have folks who can answer the phone and help 24/7.
We had a great time and the property exceeded our expectations! We will be back!
