Oceanfront Condo w/ ocean view private balcony, on-site heated pool & hot tub

Wonderful little condo perfect for my husband, teen son and me. Very comfortable with all kitchen amenities needed, beach toys and chairs (I could have packed lighter) and comfortable bedding. There's a little side view of the ocean and it took only a minute to get to the beach from the building. Even though it was summer, there was always an ocean breeze and it made our time on the beach very relaxing and comfortable. We watched a rocket launch, right from the beach! If you have time, take a little trip to the Brevard zoo and make sure ypu feed the giraffes and the birds. Super fun! Also, Kennedy Space Station was a fun experience. If you book a fishing charter, consider Outcast Fishing. Scott Lum was a grat captain and helped us catch some delicious seafood to bring home. We definitely recommend this great little condo on the beach! Also to note, the beach was far less crowded than further down at Cocoa Beach. So much nicer than places where there are rows and rows of rented chairs.

We had a great time! Our condo was great! Sasa had everything you could ever need available. Everything was clean, cute, decorated beachy. Pool, beach, all access to condo easy. Restaurants all nearby. Just a super week.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The property also is very well taken care of and clean. Nice pool area, friendly staff and easy beach access. Only reason didn’t give it 5 stars was that the unit had very strong plug ins going that take your breath away, only 6 wash cloths (we bought a pack and left in condo), and the refrigerator was full of drinks and food that I’m assuming was left by prior guests. Also, needs a shade or curtains for bedroom window as blinds let in light from walkway and people can see in if really wanted too. Couch is also in need of replacing. These are just things that would make the condo absolutely perfect. It was an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again. Sasa was great to work with and we loved the easy check-in check-out process. Thank you for a great stay/vacation!
