Oceanfront Condo w/ Gorgeous View, 2 Balconies, Central Air & Shared Pool

I hate to clue everyone in to how awesome this place is and ruin our chances of staying here ever again, but this was truly the best beach house we've ever stayed in. With three generations, we have a lot of different needs and this house met every one of them. We love the location - beachfront on a less crowded beach, walkable to great restaurants and Northside Park. The house itself was super clean and has everything you could possibly need. The elevator was so helpful for grandparents who can't do stairs, very tired children, and just moving in and out. We've never stayed at a beach house with a pool and now we're hooked. It was perfect when you don't quite want to get out to the beach and get sandy, but still want to cool off or splash around. In the last 6 years, this is by far the best place we've stayed at and we're hoping the owners let us come back again! Thank you for having such a perfect place!

This location can’t be beat! Forget the mega buildings, this quiet beach and building offers what I think OC is all about.

We had an amazing week here. Very spacious and well-kept property, right on the beach with breathtaking views every morning/all day, and North side park right across the street on the bay in the other direction. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week including huge TV, comfy beds, all within steps to multiple restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and not crowded at all. It was a last-minute rental for us but turned out to be a great decision. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed here for the first time after renting the unit above for the last 3 years. The complex is great, ocean front with a pool. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and Northside park. This particular unit is in need of updating. The bathrooms and kitchen, while clean and functional, are very dated. Best to run the dishwasher while you are out because it is really loud.

This home is beautiful!!! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings. The extra touches were lovely! Been coming to OCMD for years and this is my new favorite place!

This place is amazing! Besides the view, there are so many nice touches. From the beautiful decorations to super comfortable beds, nightlights in the hallway and storage closet. Absolutely loves it and had a hard time leaving. Thank you!
