Oceanfront Condo w/ 15th-Floor Balcony & Resort Pools/Lazy River/Hot Tubs/Gym

Property felt like home, clean and comfortable!

Room was very clean and provided everything needed, including laundry. Pools were very nice, and beach was awesome.

We stayed for 6 nights. This condo was great for our family of 4. The layout works really well. The dishwasher, microwave, and oven were clean and appear pretty new. The bathroom was large with a large tub. The beds were comfortable. I was nervous about the 15th floor with two younger children, but I felt we were safe. Also, having the washer and dryer in the room was great. I used it daily and was able to travel home with minimal dirty clothes. The furniture could definitely use updating. The listing photos are deceiving about the appearance of the furniture. The living room furniture is very outdated and hard to be confident that it is clean. The floors were swept but seemed to not have been mopped before we checked in. I was able to locate a broom in the room which was helpful for sand cleanup throughout the week, but no dustpan. Our family members booked other condos in the building and after seeing our layout, they want to book this condo in the future, but also made same comments about the furniture. We look forward to future stays.

It was cool

Booking was easy. When I had a question or concern, it was answered within 24 hours. Will book with Vacasa in the future. Baywatch Resort was GREAT!!!!

I loved there was a washer and dryer in the room. I loved that the entrance was not through the bedroom. This was a open room with plenty of space. The views of the ocean are always fantastic!

Perfectly clean and beds were very comfortable. Recommend to any person

We enjoyed our stay! Was told no smoking anywhere but smelled a lot of weed from our balcony or people smoking outside but no one seemed to care. Needed to be more people watching pool areas as kids were all over acting crazy and parents not caring.. even kids younger than 12 since they didn’t have a purple bracelet.

View was wonderful. Property was well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. Beach access and overall resort amenities as well as having food options on-site added to the positive experience.

Great location and property! Thrilled with our condo

We stay in a lot of condos; mostly privately owned so this location was a bit different than what we were used to. The selection of indoor and outdoor pools were GREAT--love that there were plenty of chairs and seats for everyone. Cons: it's more like a resort so it's crowded both in the pools and on the beach. But, there was plenty of room. There are no beach chairs available, we had to go out and buy some. No oven mitts. Also, the smoke detector is too close to the oven so it went off anytime I opened it (sorry, neighbors!). The apartment is small. Pros: plenty of parking, someone always on staff at the desk, beautiful views, loads of pools to choose from, easy access to the beach, lots of eleveators. While small, the apartment can sleep 8 people comfortably. TIPS Dishwasher: make sure the latch is closing to get it to start. I had to manually manipulate it to ensure the plastic pieces were aligned. Took Chatgpt to figure out what the issue was. Dryer: takes two cycles on high heat to get our clothes fully dry.

Great stay for our family of 4. Wonderful resort right on the beach. Plenty of pool options. Good food choices on the resort. Never felt overcrowded even on a weekend. Only tiny complaint was bathroom sink water pressure was low. But that’s a very small issue. Would absolutely come back.

The room was It needs some paint in places and the outside needs to be painted around the doors leading into the room. The lobby was very nice. The staff was amazing. I was there for relaxation and a view. And that's exactly what I got! I will be back.

Small, cozy little room with all that a couple needs to relax and have a good time at the beach. Side note: Before you take a shower, you have to let the water run for about 15 minutes unless of course you like ice baths.

Plenty of sleeping space for my family. The pools were great! The view and being on the beach were great. I didn't know that the city drains street water straight to the ocean across the beach, not a fan of that.
