With beautiful water views and unbeatable walkability to the beach and Florabama, this condo is ideal for couples or small groups looking to enjoy the coast without needing to drive everywhere.



Inside, the space feels bright and inviting with an open layout and tasteful finishes throughout. The king-size bed provides a comfortable place to recharge, while the sofa sleeper allows the unit to accommodate up to four guests with ease. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a beach day, whether you’re watching TV or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.

• Boats, trailers, and boat storage are not permitted in the parking lot at any time per HOA rules.

• If you are traveling with a boat or trailer, you must arrange off-site storage prior to arrival, as they cannot enter or remain on the property.
