    Really enjoy the property and view. Great to have 2 balconies. Would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner/bath soap.

    I really like the location and view from this property. Quiet location. Could use updating inside. A little worn. Upstairs bathroom with holes in wall where a towel bar was moved. Granite counter top missing a piece behind the stove. Glass coffee table top dangerous.

    Great location! The place overall could use some updating. The furniture was pretty old. The bath towels were pretty bad I would recommend bringing your own. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows. The downstairs bed squeaks if you make the slightest movement. Upstairs bed was comfortable. Manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. The location and view can’t be beat.

    This is our third time staying at the Seelyon condos. We love this location. The most beautiful spot on the California coast, it is right at the beach and a 5 minute walk to town. The condo could use some updating/repairs but it was clean, convenient and spacious with everything you need. We loved it and will be back.

    I guess I could complain about the little things like missing light bulbs in lamps, but that isn’t that important. What really was disappointing was that this property has one bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs. It is NOT a 2 bedroom as the loft has no door to close off to the living room below it. Renter beware. If you want 2 bedrooms, this is not the right property.

    We love this particularly complex when vacationing on the Central Coast. It was our first time in this unit which was fine - some of the furnishings a bit dated, but adequate. The views are wonderful, parking is easy, we will return.

    In short, the unit that was advertised was not at all what we rented in actuality. I selected an updated looking unit, and received permission to check in early. On arrival we were told that our unit had electrical problems and we could accept that condo or choose another. What a choice, I picked another. if you were aware of my checking in early' why had this issue not been repaired before I arrived? I picked this unit partly because of the ocean view balcony leading off the master bedroom. My wife asked if the substitute unit had the same arrangement and we were told it was. Wrong, You can’t see the ocean from either bedroom. The condo that was substituted was extremely old and dated. The stove was an eyesore and a piece of junk. The screen leading about to the balcony was so beat up and hard to open that some previous guest ripped a hole in it to better grip the frame. The fire extinguisher on the balcony had a rusted safety pin and was under pressurized. I doubt that extinguisher will put out any fires as it was. Guests get charged a cleaning fee. I don’t know what hack cleans the units, but they don’t do a decent job. The area under the bed and behind furniture hadn’t been cleaned probably in weeks. Why are guests asked to strip beds, and throw out the garbage because it’s obvious the cleaning service doesn’t clean. I called the rental company SeeLyon rentals to voice my concerns the day after I checked out. I was assured that I would receive a call back with a resolution. That was 11/13/21. I’m writing this on 11/20 and so far crickets. Would I stay here again? Nope.
