Oceanfront Condo-Non-Driving Beach-Pool-Free Wifi/Parking-Bikes-Beach Equipment.

When we arrived we found the condo to be as described. We found the third floor to be an excellent location. The condo had fed a great view especially during the space launch to the moon. Everything was wonderful and all enjoyed the stay. The only problem we had was the air conditioner wan’t working properly. We call and the problem was corrected. Parking was not a problem since the underground stop was great. When we come back to Daytona Beach we would most likely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!!!!!!

This condo is beautiful. The owner left a welcome letter along with a nice bowl of fruit which was refreshing and a couple bottles of water. And to top that off, the owner left a box of beech theme shapes chocolates . Gary was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my messages .We did not get to use the pool. It was still a little cool for that. As far as parking, it was a nice touch to be able to park our Harley in the garage .I would highly recommend this condo for anybody . The view the beach everything was beautiful and being able to watch the sunset and the sunrises was awesome. I will give this condo a 10 out of 10 . I will be booking again .

Communication was easy and quick. The condo was clean, very well equipped, and convenient. The views were spectacular! The large deck was a great place to catch the sunrise.

Best friends annual get together with shopping and r&r. The location is exactly as described. The condo is well stocked, comfortable, safe and with many amenities. Furniture and bedding are well thought out and welcoming. The balcony is the best part, or is it the garage parking, or the amenities? Lovely condo.

Gary, the host, was extremely attentive. When I had a question, he was right back to ne in a couple of minutes!

Perfect place for a getaway birthday weekend. The balcony was amazing with awesome views. We spend a lot of time there. We went out to all of the local restaurants and even grilled one day. My favorite part of weekend was riding my bike on the beach. Would definitely come back.

The condo was wonderful. The weather not so wonderful but that’s life. The condo is very easy to get to, and all the extra benefits were a welcome sight for anyone away from home. The flowers, candy and fruit were such a welcome gift, thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Have stayed in this unit many times over the years, never disappointed. Well laid out and roomy. Always clean and comfy. 3rd floor views are spectacular. Balcony is huge, all 5 of us could hang out there without feeling crowded. Kitchen has plenty of what’s needed including ingredients, DW detergent, etc. on arrival, you’ll find bottles of water waiting in fridge for you, fresh fruit on the counter, chocolates … so welcoming. Gary spoils his guests. You’ll find yourself measuring everywhere else you go against his standard, and they all come up short!

Everything was wonderful with our stay. Condo was spacious, clean and inviting. Communication with the owner was fantastic. No negatives to state. Great family vacation.

The view was amazing and the balcony space was larger than most oceanfront condos. The layout provided ample privacy for each bedroom that included an en-suite bathroom. Perfect for adults traveling together and/or with teenage children. Beach chairs were in good condition and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to rent from. The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy.

Everything was perfect for our week getaway. The condo was very clean and spacious. Gary left fresh fruits and cold waters in the fridge which was such a nice touch after a long day of travel. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops. The pool are was perfect with ample chairs available. I also loved that you had to have a code to get back into the condo area from the beach, it made us feel very safe. Gary was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book here again!

My family love this condo so much this was our 8th year here. We will be booking again for 2026.

We had a wonderful week at Gary's condo. The location is perfect with beautiful views up and down the beach. The condo was just as described and the thoughtful welcome fruit, chocolates and flowers were above and beyond. Plenty of beach furniture etc. was available and check-in was very smooth. Once again our stay was everything we wanted. This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. Very spacious and comfortable. Met all of our needs

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Hospitality of this owner is second to none. We felt welcomed and wanted, which isn’t always the case. We were down for bike week and had a great time being close enough but not too close. The only drawback is one dedicated parking space, but there are others on property. Fabulous host and property management was friendly also.

The condo is beautiful and very spacious, but what really blew us away was the view! The sunrises were spectacular from the giant windows! Being right on the beach made our walks super easy. We often ate or had our coffee on the balcony. The sofas were very comfortable. The only two things that we could complain about was the hard master bed and that the dishes were not clean. But apparently the dishwasher was not working, and they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. The owner responded to all messages very quickly. We would have loved to stay longer! And we would stay there again!

We have used VRBO for years. I am very picky about cleanliness, location and ambience. This condo has it all. Our guests walked in and were blown away by the view, as were my husband and me the day before. The condo is beautiful. The pictures just can't do it justice. It has everything you could possibly want or need. The decorating is well thought through. It's not your typical vacation rental with a bunch of mis-matched furniture and dishes.And the beach. Oh the beach! I usually want to stay on a higher floor, but I actually liked the 3rd floor very much. It puts you right there with the ocean. The sunrises are breathtaking while you enjoy your coffee on the balcony. Loved that no one had to share a bathroom. We would absolutely love to return! Gary, you said you had other properties. Any one-bedroom? Any other places besides Daytona Beach? Thank you so much for all of the TLC you have put into this condo. Such awesome memories were made. Thank you!!

We had an amazing time at the Shores Club. The condo was everything we expected and more. So much attention to detail. Fresh flowers. Fresh fruit and chocolates! All the amenities you need down to a toothbrush if you forgot yours!! But can we talk about the views! We just sat on the balcony for hours enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean! Close to many restaurants- we loved Aunt Carfishes. We will def be back!

We have never felt as comfortable in any rental as we did here. It was beyond perfect to the point that we wished we didn’t have to leave.

The views were spectacular and the condo was amazing. From the warm greeting with the chocolates, fruit, and water to the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. We had plenty of room for all of us to space out. The decor was outstanding down to the electric recliners! By far the best condo we have stayed at. You won't be disappointed!
