Oceanfront condo near golf & the beach with pool, balcony, W/D, & central AC

Condo was clean and updated. Front bedroom window seal was missing. Cold air coming in like window was open. Two of the guest had to sleep on the sofa.

Very nice condo, quiet building, easy check in and out. Assigned parking spots which we liked! Rooms were a good size. They provided linens and bath towels, along with starter pack of essentials like dish and laundry detergent, tp and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were also included. Beds were somewhat comfortable, everyone has their own preference there. Nice ocean view. Balcony a bit small but nice. Filter on ac unit definitely needs to be changed and a pair of scissors would come in handy. Overall a lovely condo and we would stay again!

Loved being so close to the beach, view of ocean from living room and deck, and comfortable stay.

Very roomy, great for if you have a young kid, perfect view of the ocean. I would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed the unit. The furnishings were very nice and modern. the view of the ocean was lovely and we really enjoyed the ocean breezes. There is some minor issues that hopefully will be addressed but If you stay here you will enjoy your time.

The manager and everyone we contacted on site were great. The place was clean and the pools were super clean. Would definitely come back and stay here. Our condo was clean and big. Lots of room. Also very clean.

Loved easy access to beach and pool. Condo was good except for issue with the flies and WiFi not working until 4th day into our stay.

We enjoyed our mini-vacation at unit 306. However, there is a few things that can be improved. The carpets do need a thorough cleaning. An outdoor rug needs to be placed at the front door and there's not much hot water. After 2 of us took a quick shower , there was no hot water. Ill still rate it 4 stars for the beautiful view of the ocean..and the beds were clean and comfy.

While the location is great, the view is beautiful despite the filthy sliding glass door that was extremely difficult to open, I would not recommend staying here. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, the floors were dirty, there was trash under the beds, moldy shower curtains, the tubs would not drain. Had to call a plumber to unclog both shower drains. While Vacasa did respond and tend to the issues, it was very disruptive to our trip and very disappointing that the place was not that well cared for. For that price it should have been!

We have stayed it this unit 2 times. the location is perfect for our family. The first was excellent. This time not so good. Surface cleaning was fine. Kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean and we had clean sheets and linens. However we soon discovered that there was trash under every bed and behind all furniture, and several draws had clothing from previous renters. The toaster caught fire and we reported all of this to Vacasa who told us the local office would reach out to us. No on ever did. At the end of our stay I reported these issues to the local office and they said never received any report of the toaster or trash issues, and told me that they are not able to get good cleaning crews. Why am I paying a cleaning fee as part of this rental? I believe this is a good company and they will fix these issues. Until then, buyer beware.
