OCEANFRONT CONDO - Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos-B8

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

Each condo is so beautifully done with landscaping grounds that compliment the Island beauty. The efficiency of check in and departure could not be easier--and the amenities leaving nothing missing. This is our second time and we plan on returning every chance we get! We so appreciate the team there and all that they do to make every visit and incredible one. Big big thanks to them all, for everything they do and so professionalism! Every detail organized and worked out to make it as easy as possible for guests.--Love this place!

The condo was well supplied with everything one would need for the beach. The office staff were amazing and so helpful and inviting. We loved that it was quiet and low key with not a lot of activity going on around us, but just a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again.

Really appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles available so no need to purchase or pack, enjoyed coffee in the common area in the morning. Property management very responsive when we had a minor snag. Also a great central location on Maui so most major attractions are and hour or less away. Would absolutely recommend and come stay again.

I would like to boast further, but I may not be able to secure a place to stay in the future ;)Spend a few days or more. If you're looking for the big resort experience, then you should absolutely do that. If you are looking for a quiet, warm, more intimate property this might be the place for you. Just some advice, treat this place like you would your own. Aloha begins with you.I'm a frequent local traveler and I have chosen Kihei Sands as my home away from home.

Comfy beds and a killer view made this a great place for us to stay.

Couple minor issues, couch in unit was broken and needs to be replaced. There was also an individual who seemed to be monitoring the coffee and recycling bins on the patio. We were unexpectedly lectured on not using these bins. Other than that our second stay there was perfect and look forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Everything was as advertised. Communication was quick and friendly. Location was great (just outside of all the traffic but only 5 minutes from everything you need).

Condo 8 has a great view, and condo was everything we wanted. The only downside is that the beach is the color of dark brown sugar, so it makes the ocean look dirty when it really isn't. If you are an avid snorkeler, or like crystal clear water, then make the 30 min drive a few days to Kaanapali beach and park for free to see clear water. The ocean isn't the condos fault, just didn't want someone to be mislead by the Sugar beach description. The owner is always around the property and is really friendly and helpful.
