Oceanfront condo in OBX Fully Renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo On The Beach

The kitchen utensils were old and rusty. The elevator was out of service and we have bad knees. There was no communication that the elevator was out. The condo could use some updating & deep cleaning. Patio furniture was mildewed. We made the best of the stay, we enjoyed the condo and the area. The owner may not be aware.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and everything we needed in the unit. The room was clean and I will be staying there again . The hosts were amazing...great communications.

You can't beat the view from this condo. It's also convenient to shopping and dining.

This is our second time staying here. It has everything you need to feel at home and relax. The views from the balcony are amazing of the beach and ocean. We truly look forward to future visits.

We experienced some issues. Couple of weeks before arrival was informed the elevator was not working. It was still not working when we arrived. Appeared to be a long term issue. Had problems with the Hot Water Tank that was reports and did not get checked. Commode needed some attention to make it shut off completely and patio had issues with getting it to unlock to open it. We were on the third floor so having to go the steps due to the elevator being out became quite tiring.

Stay was excellent! Was exactly what we needed. Only glitch was the elevator was down but we did have a luggage lift so that made it super helpful. Would definately return

Overall 10/10 . The property was beautiful, the environment was calm & relaxing. Just what my heart & soul needed.

We’ve stayed here multiples times and keep coming back. It is very relaxing and you are close to activities, shops, and restaurants. The views are great and you can’t get any closer to the beach. The owner is very easy to work with, stays in communication, and follows up after check out. Would definitely recommend for a fun, relaxing getaway!

This is probably the fifth time I have rented this condo and I struggled to rent any others because this one has spoiled me. It is so comfortable. The beds are dreamy and I have not slept so well in such a very long time. It's always clean and the kitchen is always well stocked. It's just a very comfortable homie condo for a quote unquote Beach Place. And you could not pick a better location or better views. The owner is also super responsive. You won't go wrong with this one

Clean, Comfortable, and Amazing views from the balcony. We had a relaxing getaway just steps away from the ocean. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views from the oversized balcony melted our cares away! Ready to book our return stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is right on the beach...views are beyond description! We saw lots of dolphins and because of the time of year we were there, we also saw migrating birds, especially Cormorants. Condo is centrally located in the OBX (South Nags Head area) which makes it easy to get to the northern towns as well as the southern ones. We loved our 10 days there.

This condo is a great place to stay. The location can't be beat and the views are amazing. I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Jim is quick to respond to any questions also!

Condo was in a great location - direct access to the beach and great view of the ocean from the balcony. Accommodations were neat and comfortable. Just a few minor issues discussed with the property manager but overall great place to stay.

The location is perfect, on the beach, close to restaurants & grocery store…. The condo is comfortable & well furnished.

This property was wonderful. We enjoyed our entire stay. We will rent this property again. We plan to come back in December. We’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for 25 years. Love this area and the condo.

This condo is great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in mid-February. It was cold outside, but comfy and cozy inside. Although we loved being able to have such easy access to the beach and spent quite a bit of time, bundled up of course, walking along the ocean, we spent more time relaxing and reading on the comfortable couch looking out at the sky and waves. On our last night, it snowed! Something we had never seen before. It was all picture perfect.

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is so comfortable and has everything we need for staying in and cooking, walking on the beach or watching the ocean from the balcony! We look forward to coming back soon! We love the location and can't wait to return!

Wonderful unit and great location

The condo was great! Perfect beachy vibe, nicely decorated, well-stocked! Location was so easy and the view was unbeatable. The covered balcony gave a little protection from the crisp fall air. Easy walk to the pier & plenty of restaurants nearby. My friend was unable to join me, but we hope to plan another trip & would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owners went above and beyond to get us necessary information that we were having a hard time getting due to a glich with vrbo website. The condo was decorated lovely and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The on site property manager was quick to assist with a few minor needs and was extremely friendly! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

This condo has a great view and a few steps from the beach but there’s a few things I wanted to mention. 1-the bed in the master bedroom feels like it has a hump in the middle, you feel like you’re going to roll off in the floor. 2-the tv wasn’t working properly 3-the kitchen floor needs mopping 4-when you lock the door you need to hold the door knob down or the deadbolt won’t line up with the hole and it doesn’t lock. Other than that it’s a good place to stay for a few days, thanks!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo. It is comfortable and well maintained. I will mention the small bathroom bathtub needs a new showerhead and faucet. These have not been regularly cleaned and have accumulated some bad stuff. No biggie. I have had it happen at home. The bathtub in the large bathroom was great! Lord willing, we plan to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

We have stayed at pier view several times due to centralized location and close proximity to the ocean. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

We had a fantastic vacation at the condo. The elevator was broken, but the owners warned us ahead of time that it was so we prepared for that which made it much easier there is a small lift by each stairs that goes up to the 3rd floor so it made it easier to get the bigger stuff up and down great place to stay with your family of three enough room to do whatever you’d like, kitchen was very well stocked witch was very nice . Would love to book again
