Oceanfront condo in gated community that Sleeps 7 with amazing views!

The condo is cute & comfy with a well stocked kitchen. There is an odd smell to the condo, like syrup that never goes away. We never received the qr code to check in at the gate despite reaching out to the rental company multiple times.The condo could have been more thouroughly cleaned as there was still sand all over the porch & the floors still needed a good sweep when we checked in. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are a huge plus. The views of the ocean & lake are great as well as the location of the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property could use a substantial investment in rennovation. For one, it was quite smelly. There was one kind of smell when you entered the condo -- I think it's some kind of after-smell from heater that is right by the entrance door as the smell had the kind of burnish hue to it. The upstairs bedroom facing the pond had a different kind of smell -- the smell of just old stuff. If you open the closet in that room, additional pillows -- with no pillow covers -- were quite stained from time use over the years. The gray couch (one closer to the kitchen) has very visible dirt on it, and it was kinda unpleasant to sit in. I wound up putting a towel on top of it to watch TV, so it didn't feel I was sitting in dirt. One of the chair's legs was very lose -- easy fix, except that I normally don't take wrenches on my vacation. TV remotes didn't work (probably dead batteries). Even power strip by TV didn't work.So, is it livable? Yes, if you _have to_. But for vacation time, you want to relax and open the door to a nice place rather than ****** smells.Aside from that, pool on the property is nice, beach is right there.Had the condo been in great condition, I'd say it was a decent (not steal) price that we got it for. But at that condition, it seems overpriced and I'd say look for another option.Sidenote: not the owner but the property association charges $35 for parking. Parking is just an open lot on the premises and not covered. Nor does the parking compete with any other potential parking candidates since the property is in a closed community. So charging for parking seems a bit excessive, but again, this one is not on the owner/lister of the property.

ECDI is a terrible company with terrible customer service! Do not rent from them! Door left unlocked and open at Check in NASTY AND NOT CLEAN no sheets lefts for one bed Air unit filter black and was promised to replace. ECDI made numerous promises they never kept. They also promised a partial refund for us having to clean and allthe conflicts and we cant get anyone to call us back or do anything! The paper trail and messages are an inch thick yet absolutely nothing. Filte

Wonderful condo. Very clean and a very cold AC unit that was wonderful for July. The only complaint I would have is the shower doors in master are hard to open and seemed like handle missing on the inside. Also with little ones that you have to give a bath the sliding doors made it more difficult for that as the other bath is a walk in.

We had a wonderful week in this condo and loved our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast each morning and we loved our view from the living room and the master bedroom.
