Oceanfront Condo; Gorgeous Ocean views! End unit closest to the beach!

Communication with the host was great! We really enjoyed the stay. Great location as we have stayed at this complex before. Perfect view of the water as well as able to catch the sunrise and sunsets!

Wonderful stay and place. Only thing is it list washer and drying not that they are a laundry facility. Not the same.

Air conditioner was not working when we arrived…which,thank goodness, we were able to check in early because it took several hours to be fixed.Condo needs updating.. handle on bathroom door kept falling off.. ice maker did not make a lot of ice, rugs had not been vacuumed, and bathroom was cleaned by me

This was a perfect condo for me and my husband. The view was fantastic. The location and ease of getting onto the beach were perfect. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend this condo!

Property was clean and comfortable and well furnished, easy access to the beach across the street and close to great places to eat and shop.

Great location! Wasn't too far from restaurants or shopping centers and other activities!One thing if you don't like climbing stairs then this spot is not for you. Forgot my mom has trouble climbing stairs. But I loved it treated it like an everyday routine exercise! Get your steps in!

Primo location! Closest balcony to beach on entire strip! Kids had lots of freedom with pool, hot tub, beach access all a stone's throw away. Condo was great layout for size with the hallway bunk beds a hit. Kitchen was good, not super updated, but worked for making breakfast every day and saving a ton of ! Bathroom had great pressure & hot water...could it be updated? Sure. Super happy with price, location & layout! Definitely a deal.

Easy access to beach, pool, hot tub...many places to eat or shop within walking distance or short driving distance. Great communication with hosts. Nice views from balcony. Great coffee and ice cream place(s) down the street. Pompano Joes literally across the street.

We loved this place! It was perfect for our little family! We loved just being able to walk across the street to the beach. The balcony views were priceless and everything was only minutes away. We will be back!

Beautiful location

We had the best communication with the owner. The property is a rental so its not perfect, but it is in great condition overall. My wife and I with our 2 children loved it and will definitely stay again.

The location was supreme with great views and access to the beach. Miramar as a destination during spring break was a little more than expected but still fun. Destin has certainly changed since our last stay but time marches on. Would rent again from the owner but would like a 2nd floor unit next time.

No heat and never was corrected. Were supposed to come and fix it or lets us know why and never did. Did bring over a space heater. Toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off. I repaired it myself. Handle on microwave was falling off, never corrected. Battery's in remote were dead, I bought new ones. Beds were uncomfortable. It's a beautiful spot and loved the location. Just needs some work.

The property was well located next to a nice beach and close to restaurants close to shopping close to golf courses. The price was right and while it was small, it was perfect for two people. There was a television in the living room and the bedroom so we could both watch different programs which we appreciate.

Amazing place! From the location to the cleanliness to the communication. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area, and could even bring our two kids and all fit comfortably. The beach is across the street at the public access. Short walk to dining and shopping, as well. The only recommendation I have is to possibly get curtains for the main bedroom since it’s so light in the mornings, but that’s it! Great place!

Everything was great we had a relaxing week! The location is perfect with the beach access literally across the street. Owners were very nice and texted me to make sure I had seen the email with check in instructions which I hadn’t since it had went to my junk folder. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed in this building last year but this unit is by far the best in the building! The unit was CLEAN! Amazing shower! Greta views! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Highly recommend and will be looking at the calendar to book again next year. Thank you!

It was very easy to get to the beach. The place was very nice.

We've stayed at various places in this area a dozen times, and this is the best unit we've had. The view, the cleanliness and communication with the owner was above our expectations. Perfect location to the beach and our favorite restaurants. Look no further, book this unit if its available! You wont be disappointed! Hopefully we can get the chance to come back to 301!!

Great Location! Condo very clean & well taken care of. Sitting out on covered balcony was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place. Plan to stay here next year,
