Oceanfront condo - Bay Watch 304

The host was very responsive and fixed all of the small issues we had right away! My stay was great. The room was very easy to get to, and sat in the perfect spot on the beach! The facility had ice cream, a gift shop, ricardi’s, and fun/games on site which we all enjoyed! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach!

Nice unit, resort is dated, pools and spa in that building closed 25/26 off season. Other pools poorly maintained . Parking a distant walk away

Host was nice by email but condo had not been cleaned thoroughly: Tray in oven with food on it, bathtub slowly drains, dirty shower curtain. Had to wash dishes before we could use due to stains. Toaster, DVD player did not work. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the deck and did not let the above ruin our trip. Housekeeping bad.

We enjoyed our short stay. Pools became very dirty as the days progressed.

Our overall stay was relaxing and wonderful. Had to do a little cleaning before cooking lunch and purchased toiletry. Other than that we enjoyed our selfs tremendously.

Everything was great and well equipped. Accessible to many restaurants and stores.

The beach view from the condo was stunning and made for a relaxing stay. The owners were quick to respond and helpful when we needed assistance, which we really appreciated.That said, the condo was quite outdated and could have been cleaner. There was a gap in the curtain to the hallway, which we had to cover with a towel for privacy. With some updates and a deeper clean, this could be a much better experience overall.

Great stay enjoyed the resort and definitely will stay again. Was a perfect location.

I loved to the view and condo was very clean and comfortable, however it was kind of small and lacked dish washing liquid, Shampoo, Soap, and Toilette paper. We had to get these on our own. She warned us about this, but I still think this should be provided. We have stayed at at many other VRBO sites, and this is the first one that didn't provide it. Overall I loved the amendities of the site with the pools and ocean nearby with a restaurant and bar at the site. My stay on the second night was not pleasant due to bikers and partying at all hours of the morning. Not the owners fault. She warned us ahead of time. The beach view was worth it and hope to stay again, just not during bike week and at a larger condo. I also let a full bottle of dish washing liquid so the next guest would have this.

A wonderful time for two old people.

Second time me and my best friend stayed at this same rental unit and just like the first time, it was awesome and so relaxing. The host is so gracious and welcoming…and did I say Wonderful! Thanks again Brooke for everything!

Lovely place with a great host. She took care of everything that we asked and more she was very attentive.

Bay Watch Room 304 was the perfect Christmas getaway for my husband and I. We spent a week in this cozy oceanfront condo which came equipped with everything we needed. Our host was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay great. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a perfect location with steps to the resorts many pools and out to the beach. Easy parking and great central location in NMB.

Cleanliness was subpar. The ceilings had mold around airvents. Lampshade had mold.Bed foundation was dirty. The view was wonderful.

Using Vrbo was so easy. Our host was very nice and so easy to work with. Highly recommend this the way to go for future vacations.
