Location of condo is fantastic! Amazing view! Condo is semi-updated and kitchen has good selection of cookware and basics for cooking, salt, pepper and cooking oil. The supplied coffee and condiments is a nice touch. Communication with Property Management is great! I do hope before our next visit the carpet is either replaced or cleaned very well. The excessive stain marks was a turn off. Overall the condo was clean, inviting and has nice beds. We look forward to staying here again.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend at this condo. It has all of the things we needed for a great stay: the place was clean, the view was perfect, we got to listen to the ocean from the bedroom and living room, and the amenities were just right. We would love to come back again.

I stayed at Pajaro Dunes a number of years ago. This time it was looking a little shabby, weatherbeaten, and run down. Our condo (Number 287) was listed as having an ocean view. The ocean view was from the living room window. The view from the deck was of the other condos. There was a smoker below us (we were on the 2nd floor) so the bedroom door to the deck could not be left open at night. Also, loud music reverberated thru the floor from the unit below. The electrical power went off twice while we were there. For multiple hours. The gatekeeper of the place was very cavalier about the outage. He basically said “just deal with it”. He had his generator going, so had plenty of power. The net on the tennis court was falling apart and grass was growing thru the asphalt of the basketball court. One of the skillets in the kitchen had been put away with grease still in it. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The road into Pajaro Dunes is in god awful shape. Full of pot holes. Dunes ownership should partner with the agricultural interests in the area to get it repaved. Additionally I was unable to determine how to pay the 2nd half of the lodging bill via the VBRO website so had to call the property manager and ask what to do. All told, it was not worth the money. I would no longer recommend Pajaro Dunes

Great location and very nicely maintained. We have stayed at other oceanfront places and invariably all have sand due to location. But this one was so cleanly maintained no sand at all anywhere.
