Boasting oceanfront views directly overlooking Cherry Grove Pier, this breezy retreat boasts direct beach access and a bevy of on-site amenities including multiple pools and on-site dining. Soak in sea breezes on the private balcony or to one of the two complex pools for some fun in the sun - you'll have a choice of an oceanfront pool downstairs or a rooftop pool in the tower just across the street. After you've worked up an appetite, sample some great local flavors at the resort restaurant or enjoy sunset dining on the water out on the pier.

For at-home meal planning, the kitchen comes well-equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The ocean view balcony is the perfect perch for enjoying everything from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails. After you've had your fill of fun for the day, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the flatscreen TV.

Both bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs for guest convenience. The primary bedroom features private access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at the Vacasa office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 6.5 miles from Prince Resort. The check-in envelope will contain two swipe keys that open the condo's door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
