OCEANFRONT Condo! 2nd floor balcony 30' from ocean. 2 King bed, 2 full bath.

Very safe, very quiet, very clean. 10 feet from ocean, sit on the couch and watch the waves. Incredible view.

We loved the condo. The views from the balcony are stellar. We went in October so the beach was practically empty most of the time. The owners were very thoughtful and provided everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. They communicated with us the whole time. The condo is a 7 minute drive from Cocoa beach so there's a lot to do but super quiet in the building except for the lovely sound of the ocean. In one word. Relaxing.

The balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic for viewing sunrises and rocket launches. Fishing in the surf right at the condo was a plus. Items for the beach were provided.

Very clean and right on the beach. Everything was there you could need. The owners are super friendly. We will definitely be there again. Also the fishing is great!

Great location on the beach. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is clean with tile and vinyl flooring which is clutch for being on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the living room. Saw three rocket launches from the deck. I would recommend and rent again.

For the past 4 years my family has taken an annual week long vacation every July in the Cocoa Beach area so we've booked several places in the area through Vrbo..

I rented this condo for my family for 10 days over the 4th of July. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The view is breathtaking! You are literally just a 30 second walk to the ocean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the cruiseships, aircraft, and dolphins. The condo had anything you could need. The 1st floor has a game and card room which was great for rainy days. The owner waa friendly, communicated directions clearly, and quick to respond to messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent agian in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

No need to get off the balcony. It is that close to the beach.The owners are very gracious in stocking accessory items.

Wonderful 2nd floor unit, located right on the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and clean, containing everything we needed. Easy beach access is by elevator or 1 flight of stairs. The parking for this unit is very conveniently located under cover only steps from the front entrance of the building. To make it even more enjoyable, our host was extremely informative and responsive and made communication both ways very easy. We highly recommend this unit for someone looking to spend time in the Satellite Beach/Cape Canaveral area.

The property was as advertised. Beautiful views, great location, and right on the beach. We loved looking out our balcony at the beach and the ocean. We loved listening to the waves. And the walk to the beach was so easy! Close to space coast stadium for an easy drive, and we had a great time all around. Hugj

The 2nd floor balcony is like sitting right on top of the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach left and right as well as straight forward. Saw two rocket launches that went in our direction south of Cape Canaveral. Awesome! The condo was equipped with everything you might need, including binoculars.

This is the closest I have stayed to the ocean surf. Great location. Quiet building. Older unit with older appliances. Very clean. This is our third time staying there. Owners are nice and accomodating.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and even if appliances were old they worked well. The only complaint we had was not the owners fault- the stairs to the beach were closed due to red tape. They notified us in advance but since we were in town to help out a family member nearby that wasn’t top of our list. We will definitely stay here again!

It's an older building right on the ocean. The seawall had recently been completed when we were there. So, beach access is a short walk to the public bean access just south. If it's high tide, you can still get in a a nice run in the quiet neighborhood just across the street.

The only drawback was no beach access but The host.were wonderful and the place.was.great.

Was there for our sons wedding and it was an amazing view. Only real issue was no beach access on the property and it was supposed to be finished before my week. As my husband just passed away I wasn’t to comfortable yet going a lot by myself yet I didn’t venture down to the other beach access areas. It was ok I sunbathed on the balcony and spent most of my time on the balcony.
