Oceanfront Complex, First Floor Southwinds, Ocean & Sound Views, 2 Pools!

Liked you could walk to the beach and there were 2 pools. Dislike wifi wasn’t very spotty but condo owner very responsive regarding the issue.

This was a lovely place for my very first getaway on my own. This was my first time staying in this particular place, but hopefully it won’t be my last. It was a very nice condo and exceptionally clean. It had a very cozy home away from home feel, I had everything I needed and felt very safe being there by myself. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s very close to many nice restaurants, many within walking distance and has access to on property pools. It has private beach access which is definitely a plus and is within walking distance to Fort Macon which is one of my favorite beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.

It was neither ocean front or ocean view..very disappointing. But the condo was clean and comfortable

Our fourth year and will come back next year! Super family friendly (we have an 8 and 5yo).

Both myself and my sister were able to book with Michael, he has 2 units and it was perfect for us to have our own space and routine but be able to do all the things we wanted to do together. There was space for everything we needed. Plenty of beds! We were over looking the pool and just a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach access! This was the perfect location and had everything our kids love about beach vacations.

Just had a besties weekend with a very dear friend. The 2 bed, 2 bath unit was very comfortable, and the perfect size for us. Our host was attentive without being intrusive. We spent three days on the beach and had a wonderful time. My only negative was the 17 steps up to the first floor where we were staying. Trying to carry anything up those stairs was a challenge. We are both in our mid-60’s. Whew!

Everything was wonderful and we will hopefully be back next year!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean, well stocked, convenient to the beach and 2 pools. Communication on behalf of host was excellent. Checkin process was clear and easy. Our family was very comfortable and the space was well organized. Will look to stay again in the future.

Our third year spent at Michael’s place was just as good as always! Rare to find rentals where you don’t have to rewash dishes before using and can feel confident in the cleanliness of the sheets. Bunk beds are a favorite and the other condo owners are lovely!

This was the perfect place for our little family vacation. Beach access and pool access was a short walk away. Short drive to just about anywhere you want to go for food and entertainment. Communication with the owner was great! The guards and neighbors were super nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing I brought from home was my crock pot and waffle iron. It was awesome having the washer and dryer in the unit. The teenage kids complained a bit about the wifi, but even that worked out for the best. It got them off their phones! I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for the memories!

Great getaway for my husband and myself. Condo was in a good locstion, close to pool and beach! I enjoyed a quiet stay while my husband went scuba diving!

It was a great place. The stairs were a hassle unloading and loading back up to leave.
