Oceanfront Coastal Condo, Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub | Crescent Shores - N 103

Overall the stay was good. The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced and the couches are dated and need an upgrade. Everything else was fantastic. Loved being on the first floor. Being in our 70s and above, the walk to the parking deck wasn’t easy. Immaculate cleaning and very well furnished.

Wonderful oceanfront unit with nice big balcony and very nice balcony furniture. We spend a lot of our time on the balcony so that is very important to us. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice. Would recommend more hand held shower heads as there was only one out of four bathrooms. Overall a very comfortable unit.

Overall stay was good. The cleanliness of condo was subpar upon arrival. Had to sweep floors and wipe down countertops. Quite a bit of dampness in rooms. Adequate room for large group but could use some updating. Also need updated instructions for operating tvs. Maintenance had to come set up tvs. Great location. Wonderful food choices and shopping nearby.

The unit was very clean which we appreciated. It is a good size with the four bedrooms and four baths. There were 12 of us so it worked out well. But the appliances are old. The toaster only works on one side. The dishwasher is small on the inside. The mattresses are very uncomfortable in all the rooms. At night , from the master bath and the queen room on the other side of it, you can hear a tapping or knocking sound from somewhere. We never could determine where it was coming from. There were two burned out bulbs in two baths which my husband replaced. Very poor internet and cable service.! The TV in one queen room is old tube style and got two channels.All of these things are relatively minor and certainly did not ruin our stay. I just think the owners should be aware that updates are definitely needed.

Overall the property was very nice. Very spacious and met our needs as far as sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would need to cook full meals. Lots of cabinet and storage space including a large built in pantry. The master suite was huge with a nice bathroom and walk in closet. The furniture needs some updating and replaced in some areas but I would definitely choose this unit again.

Loved the location on first floor. Some TV's did not work at all. I like to walk on the beach early in the mornings. No place to wash feet unless people cleaning pools will let one use their hoses.
