Description

Vacation on Cherry Grove Beach (NMB, SC) in a direct access oceanfront condo! This smoke-free condo features two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, & a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodations include a queen bed in the main bedroom and two full (double) beds in the second bedroom. Sit in the porch rockers and take in views of the Atlantic ocean framed by sea oats and beach grasses. This first/ground floor unit is part of a three level, 18-unit oceanfront building. On-site parking for one vehicleis available. There are neither elevators nor crowded areas; just a peaceful and considerably less crowded place on the beach. The ocean side porch opens up directly to a 10 foot wide deck that affords an expanded area for sunbathing or games. The deck leads to a sandy path that takes you directly to the beach/ocean. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool (open approximately May - September) & charcoal grill a few steps from the front door of the condo.

In an effort to keep our rental costs down, we ask that renters bring their own bed linen (one queen bed & two double beds), bath towels, kitchen hand towels, and beach gear. Each bed has a mattress cover, comforter, and pillows. Also, there are extra blankets in the condo.

This condo (including the porch) is a non-smoking unit. Also, tenants and their guests are not allowed to bring pets.

We provide contactless check-in & check-out. Lockbox code will be provided.

Barry was really quick to respond. Loved the condo. A bath and a half was a plus. Right on the beach. The patio with rocking chairs was so peaceful. Beautiful granite counter top in the kitchen was carried out through the bathrooms also. Very clean and nicely decorated. We love to stay again!

Love being able to go right to condo and it was ready before check-in time! We had everything we needed in kitchen. Issue with TVs (we had WiFi) we weren’t too concerned with having but owner was very helpful.

The condo was just as shown and described. Everything was clean and well decorated. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The deck out back was very nice, with a short walk to the beach with no steps which was helpful since my mother-in-law was in a wheelchair. We loved the location, just about 1/2 mile from the Cherry Grove Pier. We definitely have this place saved and will visit again in the future.

Proximity to the water is absolutely amazing. And its like your own private beach bc it is pretty secluded from the crowded spots! Owner was easy to reach and responded in minutes. We had a storm and power outage, and still had a great time!

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were steps from the beach. We took every chance we could in between the storm to play at the beach and pool. This condo is 30 minutes from Myrtle where we enjoyed Wonderworks during the storm and the Medieval show! Barry was extremely helpful and always available if we had any questions. He checked in on us to see how we were fairing the storm. We would definitely stay again.

Easy checkin, great communication and things like trash bags, dish detergent, toilet paper were on hand. Barry was an easy host and we appreciated the ease of our stay. Easy walk over the dune to the beach for the kids. Thanks!
