Oceanfront Century I Condo w/ Ocean View, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, AC, Shared Pool

The condo itself was clean, in a good location, steps to the beach and beautiful views. The apartment and building itself could use updating. The reason I’m giving 3 stars(lis because of the experience I had with Vacasa vacation rentals. I was supposed to check in on a Tuesday. The Saturday before I received a call from Vicasa telling me that the refrigerator in the condo broke and they are going to replace it with a mini fridge before I arrive. They told me they would be compensating me 90. (30) a day for my trouble. I asked if instead of the 90 I could have an early check in or late checkout and I did not think 90 was a fair amount to not have a refrigerator they told me they would speak to the owner and see what they could do. She said she would call me back later that day. I never received a call back on that Monday, the day before I was supposed to leave Vicasa called me again and told me the owner would let me back out of the contract with no penalty fees because of the loss of the refrigerator. I asked why she never called me back the day before and told her I was leaving in less than 24 hours and I did not want a refund to upset my children. I also thought it was comical that they would have charged me a penalty if I wanted to back out. They then offered me an early check in at 1:00. I arrived at 1:30 and was told I can’t check in until 4. After I arrived I was offered a late check out… for a fee. Very unprofessional and horrible experience with Vacasa.

Fantastic views! Great layout but be careful of steps immediately entering.

Lovely place! Very spacious and worth the 8 hour drive for the balcony and view from the master bedroom! Great time!

Had an amazing time. Our second stay in this lovely condo too. Will be making plans to come back again soon!!

The view and the location. Very peaceful and inviting. Family oriented place.

This condo is really impressive! It’s 2 stories which was nice because it gave some separation from the 2 bedrooms. The views are so nice from the ocean front balcony (or the bay balcony off the 2nd bedroom). The condo was clean and well stocked. The comfiest beds I have ever slept in for a rental property! The property management company did a great job communicating before and during the stay. The building is very nice and secure - after a certain time (I think 11pm) the front doors lock and a security guard has to let you in. Really easy walk to the beach and the beach area wasn’t super crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place to stay. I like the noise ordinance.

Upstairs bedroom- glass door does not close all the way/ walls between neighbors are very thin, we heard a screaming child all day/evening every day our stay- very difficult to sleep. King bed came with 2 pillows, I found one spare pillow for the twin bed, but strange to have such a large bed 2 regular size pillows. Hot water was an issue each day- while yes 4 of us, hot water was minimal and we took mostly cold showers. The other bedroom faced the front of the building- loud street and hvac noise

Stayed at the century. The condo was great location right on the beach and it was very clean. Nice getaway!

We loved the location and the views - great to have balconies to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The building was a bit difficult, in that you needed to climb stairs to get to the main floor (tough for this person with a broken foot). The designated elevator for beachgoers was very slow and backed up, even though we weren't in high season - can't imagine what it's like in July and Aug.

Overall a nice condo and beautiful views, with super convenient access to the beach.

Great oceanfront views from the living room and the primary bedroom. Great bay views from the 2nd bedroom. Clean home, really nice kitchen. Great having a washer and dryer in the home.
