This wonderfully maintained, completely upgraded condo features three TVs (including TVs in both bedrooms), free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, wall-unit air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels. On the grounds of Calypso, you'll also find private parking for one car (with additional parking available on a first come, first serve basis), elevators in the building, and a large outdoor pool for your off-beach convenience and enjoyment. What's nearby: This direct oceanfront condo is located on 62nd Street in Ocean City, with countless things to do and see in this part of midtown when you're ready to venture out. Check out the nearby 67th Street Town Center, where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy some retail therapy at Longboard Cafe, Sweetfrog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Kite Loft, and Dolle's Candyland. Things to know: Full kitchen The pool is open seasonally Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
