Oceanfront Calypso Condo w/ Ocean View Balcony, WiFi, Laundry & Shared Pool

The sweeping views are amazing. You cannot get any better view in OC. Full Kitchen, large family room, 2 Full bathrooms ,remolded throughout. Walking distance to great restaurants--sky bar, longboard, fagers. Lovely pool. I will be coming back again

The balcony is amazing in this condo. It is huge and partially covered so you can be in shade or sun. The living room wall is all glass so you don't even have to step outside to enjoy the beautiful ocean. Both bathrooms are gorgeous. Entire condo is tastefully decorated. Only complaints are deck table and chairs are cheap plastic and there are no steak knives in the kitchen. So any food requiring more than a butter knife needs to be cut with a big kitchen knife. Overall this place is a winner and I will stay again.

We booked this condo last minute when our original rental fell through two days before, and we were so happy with this replacement! The balcony is amazing! It’s huge, there’s basically 2 sections, one which is shaded and one with full sun, and the view is beautiful! We ate breakfast and lunch on it every day because of the view! The interior was also fantastic! The living room furniture was new, and it was decorated perfectly. There were 2 full bathrooms and we were able to take showers in both at the same time with no issues. There was never a wait for the elevator, and checking in and out was a synch. I would recommend this highly to anyone and how to stay again in it soon!

The view off the balcony was so beautiful.

The condo itself was great and looked exactly as it was pictured. It was very clean, with an amazing balcony and beautiful view. The balcony was very large with a table that we could eat dinner at and lots of seats to relax. However, the property manager and staff were very unfriendly and rude. A lot of elderly people own property there and some did not appear very tolerant of the children, especially when in the pool. The pool is also in the middle of the parking lot, but our kids didn't seem to mind at least. The pool closed at 7, so our children were disappointed they couldn't swim at night like they love to do. It was very conveniently located on the beach which was great, but there were no bathrooms outside by the beach or pool, so we had to go back up to the condo to use the bathroom. Overall, we had a very good vacation but we probably would not return.

Staying at the Calypso 704 we met the owners who was very nice and the place had everything we needed.

Disappointed with the pool especially. Dirty and moldy. Was not cleaned for 2 days when we checked in, sand everywhere. Poor building maintenance, lobby smelled like mold. No assigned parking onsite for this unit despite it saying so in the description. I would not rent in this building again. No central air in this unit and the window units did not work when it got over 80 degrees outside, we were so hot and uncomfortable during our stay. They had fans but that didn't help at all. Disappointed to say the least.

Remodeled updated bathrooms are spacious. Half covered balconies give you choice of sun or shade.
