Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this unit sight unseen and found it to be very well kept. I would like to rent it next year for an extended stay! One week is just not long enough. There were a couple things broken when I arrived so I reported it to management. I was sad to leave because I felt so at home in the unit. I would love to go to OC and stay here again soon.

The property was as described, with included amenities. Perfect for our family of four. The property was also clean and well maintained which is something I am always looking for. The owner even pays for the linen package (for 7+ days rent) which is fantastic seeing as it’s less we have to pack. The view from the balcony was perfect where you could see the beach, pool and bay. Also a plus was the little game room and the beach lockers on the property were so helpful to have. I would most certainly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy their time at the beach!
