Braemar Towers is also just a short drive or bus ride from Ocean City's Boardwalk and downtown area on the south end of the island.

A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

    Great Brae Mar unit but approx double the cost of other similar units. Have loved this place for over a decade but will look for a different place since the price doubled after moving to Vacasa as the rental agent.

    Vacasa doesn’t care about a ridiculous parking situation that they should be policing. We paid $75 to register our vehicle. So many vehicles in the lot without permits for parking. Vacasa rep was rude and dismissive. After spending a significant amount for the rental, we expect to be able to come and go as we please without worrying about losing a cherished parking spot. On the holiday, we never left because the parking situation was that bad!

    I’d like to stay in this condo again, I loved being on the beach! Very clean and quiet location. Parking situation is great. The starter package of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags were much appreciated! We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and there were plenty of chairs. You have a great view of the beach on your left and the bay on your right. Beach was not very crowded like it can be in some areas. Vacasa was great to work with, check in and check out was very easy!! I highly recommend this condo and Vacasa. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. We had a great week!

    Updated, clean, and extras (tennis rackets, working ice maker, frother, etc.) Updated appliances and redone floors and bathrooms make this one of the better units in the Braemar (which we love). Beachfront, Pool, ample parking, what's not to like it. 10/10 would stay again!

    Room was very nice and clean. Loved the full size washer/dryer, balcony and full size kitchen with all the utensils and cooking supplies needed. The blinds were a bit of a pain, they kept falling off when you slid them over to open them. I think they should just change them out to curtains. Besides that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay in the room again.

    This was a perfect stay! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the mattresses and water pressure! Balcony and views are gorgeous. Pool was clean and great location. Would definitely rent again!

    Everything was great with the condo. Our only issue was communication with Vacasa. Office was unfriendly during check-in, instructions given with packer had nothing to do with our actual location. Quite frustrating.

    This has to be our family's favorite place that we have ever rented. Location is perfect and offers a view that delivers more than just waterfront. You can watch fireworks on Sunday nights right from the balcony as Northside Park is right across the way. Easy access to beach and easy available parking.
