️ Oceanfront Boardwalk unit w/ Pool Just Renovated steps to Downtown Events ️

Had a great time is a spacious ocean front condo.

The rental was perfect, just what we needed for a girls weekend away. It was close to the action of the boardwalk with great views!

Location of the condo is perfect! Walking distance to everything!

Property was great. The printed directions you shared were very helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of everything and all the little extras that were provided. The air worked great and the beds were comfy. The location was wonderful (except for the karaoke guy who stationed himself on the boardwalk under us for two nights.) Would return again in the future.

Perfect location. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The deck was a nice size with great views.

Great place to stay. Very well stocked, Keurig and coffee pot for all the caffeine needs. Lots of communication prior to arrival. Well stocked, nicely appointed. The views are amazing!! Saw dolphins most mornings

We spent a weekend celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. They loved that the boardwalk, amusement park, shops were just downstairs. I appreciated the new doors and windows that kept the outside sounds outside. The description of the property was accurate and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (although the coffee mugs were teeny tiny). The unit was clean upon arrival. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone who wants to be close to the action.

This property was great for our family of 7. We’ve stayed at numerous locations along the boardwalk and this was the best. It was nice having the private spot in the parking garage, but we didn’t realize our car top cargo carrier would not fit. We did find it in the information after the fact, but just something to think about.

Place was spacious and in a great location. It was clean and had plenty of supplies in kitchen as well as beach chairs and toys. We truly enjoyed our stay. Views was amazing.

This place is beautiful. Right on the ocean and close to everything. Location is perfect. The condo is clean and has everything you need. Truly a home away from home. Communication was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

We rented a condo that was ocean view and it did not disappoint. We had a blast!

We had a nice time. We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk. We feel some of the inside furniture could be much nicer, the outdoor patio set really needs to be replaced, the coffee pot is terrible, looks really old and does not stay warm very long. We realize these properties are rentals, but for what you pay for the stay you expect the unit to be really nice.

Will definitely stay here again!!

The property was nice. The major problem was the keyless entry and code that was not sufficient. After several attempts and back and forth from the garage and trying to keep my sanity, the code given my group was not correct. Unfortunately, we heard many people who had the same complaints. We attempted to call, Steve, the owner, and his resolve for us was that put all the information in the packet and if I follow through, there should not be a problem opening the door. Well, there were many problems with that. Finally, after about an hour or so, we called Steve again. At this point, I was extremely embarrassed in front of my family. This was supposed to be a treat from me especially to my father because I lost my mom January this year, and my father is still grieving. Although my father was ok with the inconveniences, I was not. Finally, after calling Steve once again, he realized that the code had to be reset. SMH - During our stay, someone always had to stay in the room because we did not want to leave the property unlocked. Regardless of the mishaps, we made the best of the situation. I was very upset, but I will be ok. However, I will never stay in Steve's properties again. When we were leaving, a lady in the office for another rental agency told us that Steve's properties always have many complaints. Rent at your own risk!!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting on the $50.00 refund.
