THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open. In the event that guests cancel their reservation, we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    We rented this for my parents’ anniversary. Overall we were very happy with the experience. The air conditioning was a disappointment. The thermostat was set at 70, but the space stayed in the high 70’s throughout. We had to leave the balcony doors open. Three oscillating fans were provided which made it bearable.

    We loved the view and how convenient it was to get around. The beach, amusement park, arcades, boardwalk, and walking distance to the bay. The place had almost everything except oven mitts. The rooms were roomy and beds comfortable. We quite enjoyed our stay here. I knocked off one star because the floors were so dirty as if it wasn’t mopped. My kids feet were black. There’s also only 2 parking spaces and we had 3 cars. We ended up parking close to the bay (found a sign with no time limit). We would stay here again if we were back in OC and being indoor slippers for everyone.

    The condo was fantastic. We loved all the artwork, especially the paintings in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple options for making coffee - I was so glad for the French press! The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations in the guide and tried a couple that are new favorites! One concern regarding check-in: We arrived between 5-6pm (so not super late) and had to pick up remotes and parking passes from a shared lock box outside the Vacasa office. There were many envelopes for renters - with names clearly visible to anyone opening the lockbox (as well as possible tailgaters). There was no security to make sure people picked up the correct envelopes or make sure the building and unit codes were not viewed by unauthorized persons. I hope this process is improved before our next trip to OC!

    The place is great! Very comfortable and spacious. Pictures match exactly and the location is ideal. The Vacasa service, however, was disappointing. Quick to respond for sure, but with scripted pleasantries rather than actual intent to resolve issues or queries. We had two access code issues (lobby and gym) that weren’t resolved for the duration of our stay. I’d recommend this unit to anyone, but get it through another service if you can.

    This condo is fantastic! Perfect location on the boardwalk, gorgeous oceanfront view, upscale but comfortable decor. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing long weekend.
