Overall property was good

We loved it!

Clean with a beautiful ocean front view.

The view was amazing and makes the property what it is. Room was not very clean. We found a pill in the bathroom. The main bed seemed old and could use a mattress upgrade. The bedding seemed to be a cheap set. A simple upgrade could have made a huge difference. The location was amazing and the pool and beach access was primo.

Wonderful place and thank you for the view!! And thank you for all. We will be back again!

It was a lot of things wrong how is it construction the whole time we are here without notice the day we check out it’s quiet plus it was a plumbing issue I have pictures if you wanna see I’ll send them I had a bad experience and I come every year I’m upset about it but just glad I was able to attend the hotel but I think something should be reimbursed or a free night

What a great weekend getaway!! Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Pool and lazy River were sooo relaxing with drinks at poolside! Tons of restaurant options - all close by. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

Renata's condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family! We had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable for our stay. The room was very clean and the view was breathtaking!

The ocean walk is a place you wouldnt have to leave if you didnt want to. They have entertainment and food and amenities galore!! This was our 3rd time staying, we like it!!

The property is in a great location with a beautiful oceanfront view, however, the furniture is outdated and the room was not clean to my liking, there was candy in the floor and crumbs on the counter and bar chairs. Otherwise the room was nice and hotel staff and amenities were amazing.

The room was perfect for just the two of us. Had plenty of room an awesome memory foam king sized bed. Will definitely go back.

Love the view, amenities were great, walk to the pier which was nice as well as the food nearby. Condo had what we needed (although we didn't need much). Great getaway for just the two of us.

The location is fabulous. I love staying at these condos. I have stayed there before, but this was my first time in this room overall the heated pools and a lazy river and the no drive beach is the best part. I also like the fact were in walking distance of all the restaurants and the waterpark. The washer and dryer inside the unit was awesome too. My only downfall is the furniture and decoration could definitely be updated. It looks like it’s still the dresser and beds from years ago when they first opened and also the bed and couches aren’t that comfortable? Would that keep me from renting this place again definitely not because I can deal with that. We’re usually not in the room while we’re there anyways. One thing that I would suggest is maybe getting smart TVs or a Roku box so people can stream their shows or movies. At night when you’re laying in bed, you wanna watch a movie or something and most people don’t watch regular cable TV or at least I don’t I shouldn’t say most. The host was good about getting back to you which is a big plus. All in all it’s def worth it.

I would receommend Renata's unit to anyone planning to stay in Daytona Beach. It has a great view of the ocean and comfortable chairs to sit in on the porch.

The pictures are what you get! We were there a few days after Milton & you wouldnt even know!! They are so quick at clean up its unbelievable. Waking up every morning watching the sunrise while having our coffee was amazing. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore is unforgettable. The location was great, being able to walk out the resort doors & be on the beach was great. We didnt even use the pools at the resort because we loved the walk on the beach. The condo could use some upgrades, bar chairs were ripped, bathroom taps come apart & bathroom fan does not work. Usually this would bother us. But after sitting on the patio & the view we really didnt care, it wasnt an inconvenience just a little worn down. We loved the washer/dryer this came in handy & the full kitchen had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Will be back!!

The property is nice. We have stayed here a few times. This was the first time on the condo side. Overall the quality of the room was what we expected for this price. I had an issue with the linens the first day and they were changed out very quickly. Some of the hardware in the bathroom sink and tub could be updated, but again, for this price, I’m not complaining. It was a great value.
