    The condo was just as the pictures depicted and The views were amazing. The Phoenix six staff were friendly, and gave us the key to in the condo. I give them a five star . We enjoy our stay. The couches hadn’t been vacuumed and felt like sand and the master bathtub was clogged so every time you took a shower, it filled with water up to mid calf. I did call in a maintenance report to Brett Robinson,however they didn’t show up until the last day we were leaving to correct the issue. In the future please add more placements for each spot at the table. Thank you

    We were to check-in at 4 initially then received a message that it would be 5 due to number of people that day checking in. We received a text though at 12 stating it was ready for our arrival. So we showed up at 3 and front desk said that was not correct and it would be later. We came back at 5 and it was ready, though we never received a text like we were told to tell us it was ready. We then go to our room and within 5 mins my 13 year old daughter finds a small bag of weed in the lamp by her bed when she went to turn on the light at the bulb area. She told me and I immediately emailed the property manager and within 30 mins I had two different people contact me and said they would send someone to retrieve it. After waiting one hour for them they retrieved it and apologized and said the housekeeper would never think to look in that area when cleaning. Problem I have is day 1 was wasted with waiting on check in and then waiting for someone to come and retrieve the weed, where neither of these were our problems that we should have to deal with on day 1. Overall the condo was like shown on vrbo, though the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner along with the floors. We come to Orange Beach once or twice a year the past few years and always enjoy our stay, we’ve also stayed before at a Phoenix property with no issue before. I do feel we should be compensated for at least one day.

    Unit 6701 was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with many pots, pans, dishes, etc. I was concerned about elevator wait times since it is a big complex, but we didn’t have any issues. Overall a great experience.

    Condo was just as pictured, we enjoyed our stay. Couch was comfy. The view of course was fantastic. Only suggestion is softer sheets! They were pretty rough. Staff at the condo were great, very friendly. The master bath exhaust fan would not turn off, so we called and Maint. came to fix it the next morning.
