Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was perfect a few things about the condo was questionable I keep smelling pot in the bathroom area found a pot roach in the floor. Could have been missed by cleaners , but someone had been smoking in bath , also the latch on the sliding door was broke made that door useless, toilet paper holder was pulled off of wall , I am picky because I was a maintenance supervisor for Colonial Properties for about 5 years and these were things I would have to look for when turn keying an apartment . Staff was super nice and courteous and very helpful and location was perfect

I am a military member and I was well taken care of! The office staff (Allie and Marie) were top notch and took care of my every need. Thank you Biloxi Beach for making my home away from home an awesome experiance!

We arrived after 6pm and there was a problem getting the keys to property. Security had to help. The parking is not compatible with a pick-up truck. The DirecTV service was not working and I went back and forth with the manager and maintenance guy about this. Finally got the living room tv to work at the end of the second day. The other 2 needed more attention. The other residents were very nice.

Especially if the refrigerator has no ice machine and the den furniture needs updating. Parking lot needs repaving also. Would not recommend because of price. I can stay at Centennial plaza cheaper or a casino. Bonnie Beckman is great! She is always good about helping us with any issues. I will touch base with her about finding something a little more reasonable.

Reviewer Comments: We still love this condo but it did have a few things that need attention. One is the master bath toilet does not flush well. The kitchen sink disposal does not have a cover. We could only find the tv remotes for both bedrooms but not one for the den. The tv in the extrac bedroom did not work at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the Ocean Club in June. The condo was a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It sits directly across the street from the beach. Every morning you get an awesome view of the sunrise and in the evening one for the sunset. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. There was a nice sized kitchen and a table for eating and you can also eat at the kitchen bar. One bathroom has a stand up shower and the other bathroom is super large with an oversized deep and wide tub that can fit two full sized adults comfortably sitting all the way in. Each room and living area has a television. Each room can separately access the balcony. The condo was very clean. The staff was constantly cleaning the elevators and highly used areas. If I ever have to go to Biloxi again, I will definitely try to book here first.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second 30 day stay at Ocean Club. The unit we had this year had some issues. One major issue ( shower door in second bath ) was replaced a day before some guests were to arrive. The main shower had some drainage issues and needs to be maintained. It is not pleasant to stand in water as you shower. The garbage disposal works, but there is some issues with a flange that allows the unit to spit back at you as it is used. The unit needs some general deep cleaning. The baseboards have not been detailed in a while.
