This condo is in a perfect location. It is a small, quiet building and you can't beat the view with direct access to an uncrowded beach. The pool is also super nice and uncrowded because of the size of the building. The problem with this place is the condition of the place and absolute filth that we endured. When we arrived the cupboards were full of half eaten food that we had to throw out to unpack our items that we brought. I mean an entire kitchen size garbage bag full of old nasty food. The curtains were absolutely filthy and just hanging by a thread as the curtain rod had been ripped out of the wall. There were several broken pieces of furniture throughout the unit and on the balcony that we couldnt use. The air duct from the air conditioner was so gross, I don't know how any air even got through it. The laundry room was so cluttered with junk that you couldn't even get to the washer to put anything in it. There was only one working light in the living room and it would randomly go out for several minutes at a time and then randomly come back on. If you tried to plug anything in to an outlet, it would spark. Every single outlet. I think it actually blew up my hair dryer as it quit working the second day we were there. The toilet in the main bathroom leaked on our third day and we had to use all of our towels to clean up the mess. When I called Vacasa to report the problem, I was told they would send a plumber and new towels right away. No one ever showed up. We just shut the water off to that toilet and used the one in the master bedroom. I've been coming to Ocean City for 25 years and have stayed in a lot of places. I understand this is a rental but the level of dirty is unacceptable. It's a shame because it's a great unit and someone should give it a little love and take care of it. I wish I could upload the pictures I took to explain the level of dirty that I'm talking about but I don't see anywhere that I can upload a photo. Do Better Vacasa!!!!!

The apartment was nice and spacious for our family of five. The location was perfect for my conference at the convention center, the beach view for my husband teleworking, and the very short walk out the back door to the water. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 11th year in OCMD. We have always had wonderful stays in other buildings/units and have never left a bad review. But this unit was terrible all around. Dirty, broken air conditioning, stained furniture, not as listed and very disappointing.

The unit itself was fine, the management and the check-in information was horrible. There was only one email (which was not received on time) that let us know that we were to pick up the parking permits. All other notices only indicated the lockbox code and the door codes. The management staff was rude, and gave conflicting information. The TV's did not work because the remotes did not have batteries, management did nothing to rectify this despite being contacted both by txt and phone for 3 days. There seemed to be just canned responses via text, and bad information from the actual staff when they were called. Horrible arrival information, horrible departure information. This is not rocket science and they should have it down.

The view was breathtaking. The property itself is nice, however it was disgustingly dirty and not well kept, which is unfortunate seeing how much you pay for it. Manager was responsive to the broken dryer and mice droppings under the sink, which was good, I guess, but overall very disappointed in this property.

Lots of issues with this property. The photos make it look really nice but the furniture is cheap, especially the bunk beds, they seemed very unstable. There were a lot of flies when we got there. Light fixtures were falling down from the ceiling. Broken light switches, outlets and closet doors didn’t stay closed or fell out when you touched them. The patio doors were also difficult to open. There were beer can tabs and beer bottle caps on the very crowded balcony (way too much furniture for the space). The dryer didn’t work either. It heated but didn’t tumble so was basically useless. At least we found a drying rack but we spent most of the week with clothes scattered throughout the unit to dry. There were lots of keys and codes. I wasn’t given a pool key in my check in packet so I had to go back to the office the next day to pick one up. There was a fight outside our last night and someone urinated in the parking garage which caused the entire area to smell. I was really disappointed. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more. At least nothing broken and a dryer that worked.
