1879 Beachside Tennis is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. The sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean, to the Calibogue Sound and to Daufuskie Islandis simply sublime.

The superb South Beach location (beachfront, 4th floor with ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. Electronics include 3 Smart TVs, bluetooth speaker, and high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony.

The spacious living area is comfortable and light filled.

Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TVs. Two full, en suite bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean. There is laundry in unit.

Beachside Tennis Villas are located oceanfront in fabulous South Beach in Sea Pines. Enjoy an oversized oceanfront pool with grilling area with full time propane and private boardwalk to the beach.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

POOL: Oceanfront and open April - September (not heated).

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: So sorry, the Villa Association allows pets for property owners only. The owners at this villa do bring their own dog occasionally.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come uber-stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more! We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
