Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo | FREE Beach Service | Regency Towers PCB

Ocean view from room and balcony. Clean and loved being on the 4th floor. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to lots of places to eat. Didn't like loud music day and night from bob's bikini bar at the pool below us.

The only issue that we had was that the sliding door in the living room was hard to open. Everything else was perfect.

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Furniture was good. We had a good time. Thanks.

This condo was one of my absolute favorites and I have stayed in multiple different condo’s at the Regency Resort, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had everything you could need, loved this place and would definitely rent from this host in the future!!!

Location was was easy to get to. Room was nice & clean. Two big pools-one was heated, one was not. The pool bar had great food and drinks.

We’ve stayed at Regency Towers for almost 20 years and this condo has been our favorite yet! Ocean view, clean, comfortable beds and couch and rental included beach chairs which is a huge plus!

The property had lots of amenities and was a very nice place.

The kitchen was well equipped. There were desone areas that needed attention. The front door would barely lock. Trial and error figured it out. That door was in bad shape. Looked like it may have been broken into. The showers had poor drainage. We notified the owner and no one came. I The ventilation needs attention . They did bring fans, but by then we had purchased one. The unit is 50 years old. So… well, there is that. We wouldn’t stay ah Gain.

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers!! The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants without being in the “touristy” area of PCB. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We met the owners, they were such a sweet couple! They offered advice and opinions on where to eat and things to do! I highly recommend this unit! Beach access was great, short walk down the steps to the sand. Bikini Bob’s had good food and drinks. If you’re planning a trip to PCB, check out this unit!!

It wasn’t the nicest we’ve stayed in at Regency Towers but was nice, updated, and clean. The laundry closet needs to be cleaned- it’s filled with lint and dust. The dryer also needs to be vacuumed out- it’s filled with sand. There wasn’t a regular vacuum in the unit which is a downside. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. There was a broken door in the secondary bedroom that needs to be fixed or replaced. The bathrooms were clean but the showers drain slow and the shower heads are very hard. The kitchen doesn’t have a garbage disposal- I think it’s the first unit we’ve stayed in at this building without one so it’s an inconvenience. One of the elevators broke one day so being on the 4th floor was nice when using the stairs. The downside is we heard guests in the pools late at night more than we have in higher units. We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. The negatives were inconveniences but wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.

My family and I visit Regency Towers annually for our vacation. This is our first time staying in this particular unit and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the unit was clean. There were board games, beach towels, and a things to do suggestion binder. I prefer the 4th floor because occasionally there are elevator issues (there were several times this visit, not on the unit owners at all) and the 4th floor makes the store walkable. We would definitely book this unit again!

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and just as described. Loved the view and the 2 beach chairs—made it very convenient. Loved having washer and dryer for beach towels and bathroom towels. It is a big complex so the 2 pools were nice to have. The 4th floor was nice cause you could take the stairs. Elevators had a wait—especially when you move in cause everyone is there around 4ish. We had a handicapped son and getting to pool and beach was easy.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

I know Regency Towers has been in Panama City for many years. I’m guessing someone owns the condo we stayed in. The one thing I noticed while there was a lot of dust and lent in the laundry area which is understandable if using the dryer but could have been vacuumed up.

This property is in a great location on PCB! The condo comes with free lounge chair and umbrella service which is great and a big money saver. The 4th floor was nice since I don’t do elevators. The pool decks were great and having Bikini Bobs on site was great! The owners were great and communicated very well. There were extra beach chairs, towels and nets for seashell hunting. We enjoyed the pool tables at the property. Overall our stay was fantastic! There were a couple things that could be improved but nothing major. 1. It would be nice to have curtains on the bedroom windows. There’s shades but they don’t keep the light out. 2. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms has a giant dip right in the middle. No one in our family could sleep on it. One of my kids slept on the couch. 3. Stairwells at the property were very dirty and the trash chutes smelled awful. Otherwise great beach vacation!
