To experience the traditional Carolina feeling of a North Myrtle Beach vacation, this three bedroom, two bath unit is where you want to be. This unit sleeps up to six people, and boasts beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building situated along the widest portion of the beach, where you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. After you have had your seaside fun, you can relax in the oceanfront pool, barbeque on one of the grills, or just sit and read a fun book on the deck. If enjoying the Grand Strand has completely worn you out, you will be extra thankful for the elevator service and ample parking. You can enjoy flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, and free wireless internet can keep you connected even as you get away. Come and enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

March - November we rent Saturday to Saturday only, with the exception of last minute requests based on availability; please call our office if you need assistance.

We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Furniture was up to date and comfortable. Nice TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had enough dishes (we mostly ate in the condo because I was traveling with elderly parents). Elevator was always prompt - - and the beautiful beach was very close - - steps away. The added fireworks on July 4 were very fun to watch.

I was also very pleased to see that the building and grounds were much improved since the last time I stayed here. Everything looked freshly painted, and the landscaping was very nice. Pool area was clean and nicely furnished as well. The room appeared to be very clean, but after the baby crawled on the floor and got black knees & toes, we quickly realized it needed a mopping, which I did, no big deal. I am still giving it a 5* review because it is a beautiful property.

We’ve been staying at Crescent Dunes through Retreat Myrtle Beach for a number of years. Units are always clean as is the exterior property. Retreat is always pleasant to work with when planning our stay. We will continue to stay here with our fur baby. Love it!!
