I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for a family vacation at tradewinds 3A and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the entire week having a larger family. We always try to get a place that has a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer and having smaller kids for me. Beachfront oceanfront is a must this place did not disappoint. It had a beautiful view. I love that it’s not a super tall building because of the kids. It was decorate a beautifully had everything we needed and then some we’ll definitely be coming back.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The location was great! The condo needs work. The deck slopes down in the left corner. The screen door needs repair. The ice maker didn’t work. The vents were dirty. Cracks in the ceiling in the master bathroom and the tub slopes and creeks. Wouldn’t stay here again especially being on the 3rd floor and elevator.

Stayed Oct 17, 2023Clean. Comfortable. Great location on the beach. Beach chairs and 1 umbrella provided. Bring beach towels. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Plenty of dishware/pots/pans but need to bring everything else (salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, aluminum foil, plastic bags and wrap, dishwashing liquid, etc). No hairdryer, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar of soap for sinks. Could use some updating/general maintenance but overall an excellent value.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023We loved everything about the stay the location was great, the view was gorgeous. The one thing we didn't like was being on the 3 floor, we did not realize that, we are all over sixty some have bad hips and had a hard time climbing up the stairs. No other negative things.
