Location was excellent. All the updates to the condo were good. Only issue we had, the furniture in livingroom needs to be replaced. Not comfortable and looked dirty. The rug in livingroom also needs to be replaced, looks very dirty. Overall I would recommend. We enjoyed our stay.

Super clean and great location right in front of the beach, look forward to staying here again

Reviewer Comments: The sheets on the beds were not clean (hair on the sheets), everything in kitchen was dirty including microwave, dishes, etc. air filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! The condo was just not clean in general (master bathroom had an awful odor), when it rained the water was leaking into the living room, the dishwasher was broke, air conditioner wouldn’t stay at a set temperature, the pool was dirty,

Had a great time with the family. Enjoyed having the three bedrooms. Great condo to stay in. Beach was wonderful. Property was as pictured. Having laundry onsite was very helpful. Wish the unit had an air fryer for the nights we stayed in. The balcony was lovely off the master bedroom. Only thing we disliked was not having an elevator however, the offset of that is being in a building shared by fewer people. Loved the pool too.

Property was overall as described. Could use a freshen up on some areas of the condo, but overall a great stay!

Nicely appointed condo. Air conditioning use instructions should be included. The HVAC man had to come show us how to use it.

It was ice cold in the Master Bedroom when it was comfortable everywhere else.

We were able to get in a little early, which was amazing since we had our two year old who was VERY ready to get out of the car. The location is amazing. In a slower part of North Myrtle. We didn’t have to fight for beach space and it’s close to everything you need. We were slightly disappointed with the comfort of the beds, or lack there of. We didn’t do any excursions because we had our small child, but they offered a lot and when he’s older, we will definitely look more into them!
