This condo has been decorated in classic vintage style, featuring walls adorned with richly hued wood paneling and vibrantly patterned wallpaper. The focal point of the living space is the view of the ocean, which you can enjoy inside through floor-to-ceiling windows and outside on the balcony overlooking the beach. The inviting living room is warmed by a gas fireplace, with a leather sofa and several recliners positioned in front of the TV. This space opens to the kitchen, offering all the necessary appliances and a center island with bar seating, and a window-side dining room with space for six. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, free WiFi throughout the condo, and access to the on-site swimming pool.
This condo is located on the ocean side of the Sand and Sea Condos, a beachfront property located in the very heart of Seaside. The famous Seaside Promenade runs right out front, with the broad sandy beach a few steps beyond. You'll be less than two blocks south of Broadway Street - the main thoroughfare in Seaside that's lined with all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment. The Seaside Golf Course is only a mile south as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: Parking is available in the main lot in front of Sand & Sea in the uncovered areas. Overflow parking is also available across the street in the Sand & Sea overflow parking lot. You will receive a permit at check in to place in your vehicle(s) authorizing you to park in these lots. Each guest is permitted to register two vehicles per condo. Recreation vehicles are not permitted in the Sand & Sea parking lots.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
