Oceanfront 3BDR 3BA Newly Remodeled Aqua 1102 + 2 Beach Chairs

This property was everything that was shown online and more! Just beautiful! We were there for 3 weeks and felt we were at home in this amazing comfortable space!!! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend if you want the luxurious upscale feel but also hfeels like home!

We had an absolute beautiful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We stay at VRBO‘s annually and this was one of the best ones we’ve ever been at. Panama City did not disappoint and this property was in the perfect location. We will definitely be back.

It was clean and well stocked which helped contribute to the overall aesthetic. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely, clean, showers had excellent water pressure.Melissa and her team at Bookbeach were easy to deal with. They answered all of our questions immediately. It was beautiful, very clean, spacious and had everything you would ever need! The kitchen was fully stocked with the nicest up to date appliances. I am still in shock of how nice this condo is. The shades only filtered light so when it was 6am the room was bright with daylight. Also, at night anyone in the kitchen can see thru the door shade into the master bedroom. No privacy. The shade in the queen bedroom was a blackout shade so people cannot see in walking by. Blackout shades need to be put in the master and bedroom overlooking the gulf. The mattresses in the master and bedroom overlooking the gulf were not comfortable. They were wore out and everyone in our condo was sore from sleeping on them.

We have stayed at the Aqua before. Always great!

The property was wonderful and nicely updated. The location is great and easy to walk to many things, so gives everyone in the group their own options for dining and/or entertainment. If youre coming in with a car, the unloading process is a bit of a pain, but worth the view once you get settled. If you get everything (groceries, etc) before you arrive, you won't have to touch your car again while you're there.

We had a very nice stay. The entire place was very up to date and fresh. It is an awesome place with lots of room to relax and enjoy vacation. Very easy walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The view of the beach is great.It was hard to leave.
